What is the point of having rules if people do not abide by them this is the second time i have been killed whilst boosting my friends orbiting station at 500 i have lost skills and faction fittings that make the fit fit. Very disappointed CCP :( |

Its my experience that many people that do this are just trolls who come in pre-expansion to harass or disrupt the testing environment. They don't much care for the temporary bans since by the time they do it again (usually 4-6 months down the line) the ban is over. I think some harsher measures should be taken. I mean I know its test server, but if you break the rules you break the rules live server or not, it has an impact on testing. |

This usually happens anyway just after a mirror, the rules aren't really enforced that much unless its a major issue The same thing applies with regards to don't fly what you don't want to use lose etc etc.
Also obligatory "Shame on you for off grid boosting, you are what ruins eve rabble rabble rabble" comment.

We expect people act like adults and read the rules, there are 7 battlefields where players can freely engage others players
The rules states clearly that fight in gates and outside stations is prohibited.
People should be banned from the test server for this stupid actions.

Except that I, like most others I speak to regularly, would rather have Developers working on fixing bugs, updating features etc etc rather than sitting on a Test Server banning people because people whine that someone exploded their 100 isk ship. Remember that this isn't a playground, its a place for Dev's to test stuff and get player feedback and they're kind enough to leave it open when they aren't testing anything.
If they wanted to, they could quiet easily turn it off or leave it in VIP mode when there isn't a mass test going on.
If its really that much of an issue there is always the option to move to another area or just buy a few (i.e. 5) ships in bulk so you can just re-ship quickly.
While it is annoying as hell when people do this, remember it is still EvE and its to be expected.
