This is a very general estimate as prices are fluctuating, and it depends on how "desperate" your customer is:
Memory: At least 15M, upwards of 20M (these are very rare).
Intelligence: 12-18M (rare as well)
Perception/Willpower: 6-9M
Charisma: 2-4M

When I woke up now, I notice that ALL perception implants under 10 million ISK had been snapped up. They sold like hot cakes. Obviously you can sell them for more! Just wait more than a day, they will be sold if you put them to 10 mil or above.
Charisma implant is rather difficult as it only affects one skill. You would be better off hoarding these untill more charisma skills come online.
As for those other implants, I really believe they are worth a heck of alot more, add 10 mil to the current standard price as mentioned above. If I had the money, I would be buying these cheap implants for resale later.

thats VERY wrong.
a small example:
i upped my empathy lvl by 3 (the same as the charisma implant gives) and as a result training corp management lvl 5 was reduced by 4 days and 4 hours.
another thing...the social skill is VERY helpful when doing agent missions, upping that skill to lvl5 GREATLY increases your chances of getting an agent on dock (and higher level agents too)...also, you get better missions (not verified, but ive seen improvements...comparing two characters)
I would...while people are "dumb" enough to sell the social adaption chip for 2-4 mills buy it like crazy before they realize how much it can affect the skill training of characters doing agent missions and CEO's...
me...im using my social chip :P

I always get an agent on dock.. you mean this is what my 16 char / + 4 social does?

No, anyone with +2.0 faction standing will get Agents on dock 100% of the time.
