Edited by: Zarithas on 27/05/2006 16:20:06 For belt piracy, solo, here's a template my friends gave me (I know that for some modules, Medium size is "heavy", but i'll just say medium to make it easier):
High 3x Small Neutron Blasters 2x Medium Nosferatus Middle 1x Medium Webber 1x Medium Warp Disruptor 1x Medium MWD Low 3x Armor Hardeners, Kinetic/Explosive/Thermal 1x 1600 Armor Plate 1x Medium Armor Repairer Drones 5x Vespas
All of this is Tech 1.
What is your opinion on this setup, what other setups would you suggest for both solo piracy and gang piracy, and what skills and at what levels would you suggest I have them? I want to make sure i'm using the perfect setup for my Rax, because I cannot afford more than one.

I suppose if he is willing to take on battleships which might have heavy nos, then the nos of his own helps to counter this
The minute damage output from that setup would be nowhere near enough to break a battleship tank.
That is what I was thinking. I honestly feel this setup is not good, but 2 very experienced pirates gave me it, and they said it works very well. They said the damage comes from the drones mostly. And I honestly do not plan to take battleships on solo. ----- Want to join a true pirate corp that will accept and train newbs, and also recruit pros? I honestly though so too, but the CEO of a 30 person pirate corp and a friend of his said this setup is the best. What other setups would you suggest though? ----- Want to join a true pirate corp that will accept and train newbs, and also recruit pros? What do you suggest? ----- Want to join a true pirate corp that will accept and train newbs, and also recruit pros? More info here: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=343001 |
