Not enough PG/CPU to fit tank + heavy weapons. Problem with all gall hulls but more insulting in a CS. Needs a resist bonus. Bellicose - Anything but blackbirds fails for e-war. Not a bad ship but bad bonus's Scythe/Augoror -- T2 logi's do it so much better not much use in using these and their bonus's don't make them good for much else. Celestis - Damps don't work for crap, but otherwise an underrated ship which is very open to creativity. Suffers from the OMFG It's Ugly Galente problem. Augoror Navy /Navy Execuror / Ospery Navy - Aug navy has an amazing tank. Exeq doesn't and as a sniper rails fail. Osprey is Soooooo ugly it should be Galente. Fix the art on the Osprey and I bet it gets more popular because the bonus's are pretty damn nice. Scythe Fleet[ -- much less fail than the others but no where near as good as the Fleet Stabber so why bother unless it's Alot cheaper. Oneiros - might be getting fixed Phobos -- As with 99% of Gal, underpowered and with slot placement that never lets them tank as well as amar. Cormorant - hybrid buff will help, Best flown as an e-war glass cannon. Reduced sig rad might make this a pwn mobile if set up right. Retribution - 1 mid slot needs love for sure The rest of the list is mostly noob frigs. They kinda need to be there but they're never gonna get used much no matter what. Hyena, Keres, are just underrated. Great ships but they don't work for gate camping or blobbing. I own a Navy Osprey the info claims it to be a fast ship well thats just a load of old tosh, I've seen faster Drakes. Just because you use a certain (rearly seen offten very cheap) ship as being rather disposable don't mean it has worth in general game play. All that means is you have found a way to exploit your pvp style by making it alot cheaper when in a fleet. The fact that you expose your fleet mates to more danger by using these oft pathetic cheap alternitives don't make that a good thing to do. As I said I own a Cal Navy Osprey, but that don't mean I vaule it above a run of the mill Osprey for the the run of the mill shop bought Osprey has alot more value. So ya for me the Navy Osprey is a waste of time. The OP is right and his list has some merit to it. IMHO

You see the //almost as good// as some other ship point of view means it is not going to be used at all cose there is a better option and that the problems of most ships that are on list. And again you can use some of ships i did write about but general they fail in their original roles and that's why i do consider them broken ships. Hi there. if you read description of those ships and bonusis they get you will find out that most of them are combat shipand t1 cruisers and t1 frigs are also viable options for pvp, Rupture,torax,vexor,rifter and so on are all t1 hulls that flown well kill easily t2 hulls of same size.
