Since there are a lot of posts about the fastest ship in game and everybody is jumping with speeds and setups / implants....
Can you make a ship not to move ? I think so...
Which is the slowest ship you have flown and what speed did it have ? Could you make it not to move at all ?

caldari freighter goes 60m/s
with a scorp with 8 90% webs, it would probably go...

Chribba fitted his Revelation with Expanders on a picture he took in Amarr (yes, he's got a Revelation in Amarr). It went in -17 m/s. Iirc, even slower if he activated the 100mn MWD that was fitted.

Revelation dreadnough with lows full of best named cargo expanders have negative speed, gets rounded to 0m/s, can't even warp.

the slowest ship in eve is any ship that is stopped, anything with a true minus velocity would indeed go backwards,
you can get an inty and set your speed to 1m/s if you get it right on the speed bar

Slowest ship that is actually USED (noone flies a rev with cargo expanders) is the Impel.
With 7 expanders and a MWD you do like 65 to 70 m/sec. That's freighter speed but you can't even hold it since you cap dies after a few cycles. BM's are your friend.

Chiribba's Revelation is so slow that it flies backwards. It allso mines Veldspar in empire. This is such a big insult to Capital ships everywhere that a Dreadnaught explodes everytime Chiribba undocks his Mine-o-latrion

If a ship had a top velocity of -19m/s it would not fly backwards, it would literally mean that the ship flies at 19m/s. The negitive is just means direction. IE, if something is moving at 5m/s forward and some X ammount of force is applied to the oppisate direction of movment. The resulting velocity may end out to be -19m/s. Its going 19m/s just in the other direction. What would result with the silly game physics, I have no idea. My guess would be that the ship wouldnt not move but maybe rotate very slowly and possibly not warp. Although this topic is an interesting one. And the slowest ship in the game with a realistic setup is indeed the impel.
