Maybe setup a teamspeak server and you can have "callers" on the show and talk to folks there. if your worried about them shouting stupid stuff out, you could record the "caller" bits while you play songs, then play it back. Teamspeak will record just from right clicking. but if he keeps flaming me, im going to tear him a new one. also.. a million isk for my corpse? hahhaha... come get me, im in wy-9ll. in a fully fitted Apocalypse, high PVP skills. you will probably loose several ships even trying to get to me, when you eventually do you have some tachyons to deal with MR blade.

MrBlades does talk shows, that isn't going to change, and quite a lot of people don't want it to change. I think our listener figures speak for them self. MrBlades has broken this months listener peak. It would seem most people don't agree with you.

I would call putting suggestions forward as constructive. most people would.. why? do i really need to explain it to you? however endless posts of "wow your ace!" dont achieve anything, they dont offer any improvement. they dont promote any evolution. if everyone kept telling CCP "wow the game is ace.. no bugs, no problems... no need for content - dont change ANYTHING!" they would have less reason to look at what they do, to bring in changes.. infact just posting "wow your ace!" is less constructive than posting suggestions and opinions. Negative feedback is actually more usefull to people than posotive feedback because of the reasons i have stated above, dont agree with me? Someone has to pay for that. So our guys put in time, money and effort, for what.. You telling them to STFU? SkyLeach	Posted - 2003.09.23 23:11:00 - [29] Edited by: SkyLeach on 23/09/2003 23:17:10 you asked for opinions and feedback on the show. i gave it. dont get in my face about it because you dont like my opinion or feedback, you did after all ask for it. no a talk show wont please everyone, but personally ive been wishing someone would do it. now if you read what i said again it will be good if theres: 1) subject matter, not just rambling on for the sake of it. 2) the interaction you are wanting is great, if hes uses his phone hookup that should be good too, but as i said - and this is just a suggestion, prepare yourself now.. it might be an idea to pre record the interview/caller talk bits as you will undoubtedly get someone on who just comes on to shout out "BLAH BLAH PLAYER X IS AN @$%&$, ETC ETC" However you get round that it should be good. i have some great ideas for some radio competitions, well suited to a talk show format. ill keep them to myself though now instead. sorry for having a mind of my own and an opinion, very sorry, it wont happen again, ill go for more shock therapy and have the implants put back in, sorry again masters.

Human rights organisations are up in arms about it, complaining about the untold human suffering and mass civilian cassualties as a result. i feel his pain, i really do... its heart wrenching. i appologise. in other revelations, united nations weapons inspectors recently found huge barrels full of liquified "STFU" in Iraq...

Was a really great show tonight, one of the best I've heard.. Very funny stuff... MrBlades has got quite a professional setup at home, and on his next show you can call in LIVE to the radio! Everyone else will be able to hear in cystal clear quality (Provided you are listening to the broadband stream lol). I think it's a national rate telephone number (0870)... MrBlades says he's not making any money from it... SAYS he isn't... lol... I didnt take into account the lo band stream with that either, but still didnt quite beat TC's 60 the night before. Bugger, but what can you do? ;) As for the rest of it - Guys, cmon. Whats said on air is intended to get a reaction out of you - good or bad. So long as it got one thats the job done. As for the content, I admitted from an early stage that there was about an hours worth or music, 10 minutes of actual content and the rest was padding. When launching somthing like this onto an unsuspecting audience (Apart from the other DJ's there was no forewarning about the show makeup) you expect confusion, negative comment and some abuse because thats the nature of internet radio. I was always going to leap on negative comments and poo poo them the best and most entertaining way possible - which to the majority of listeners is to retaliate in kind. It's no big deal - and I dont think anyone will actually try and pod ya because I suggested my buddy above was a poo poo ploppy head or anything. Most people hated me to start off with, a good portion of them probably still do. Thats ok with me, it's my format and I've been used to it the whole of the last 4 years I've done net radio broadcasting. Anyway, don't take anything too seriously - end of the day it's meant to be entertainment. Some wont get or appreciate it, some will love it for what it is. If you dont like it, dont listen - if you dont like me, thats ok too It doesnt really matter as it's not the person, it's the character you're insulting. However if it's the person, thats your issue, not mine. As for the callers - when they come they will be welcome. If they talk utter arse and threaten to derail the show or I cant have fun with them in a meaningful way I press a button and they are gone. Anyway, there is content, just not all of it is ready yet. These things take time to pull together and execute properly. Establish a listener base who knows your name (good or bad) and you got material to work with. My shows are heavy on listener participation, and as such you gotta introduce yourself to them first, get them to play along second. Like the show or not, there are other presenters, other themes, different content from all the presenters here. Take your pick and I hope you're happy with your selection. Otherwise I'll see ya next time ;)
