They're like named items that you can build. Some of them, like the armour repairers and guns, have reduced powergrid to fit and stuff. They require a lot of specialised components that can take hours to collect but some of them are worth it.
He's separated out all the good stuff into lot number 3, those things rock. Personally, I just like having loads to build and I don't like the caldari ones.

You should mention you need lvl 5 Cosmos skills to build alot of the items listed, including lot 4, which requires Talocan Technology 5.
Can you please confirm that lot 3 all require the 'Talocan Technology' skill and components to build? I am really only interested in bpcs of this type.
I will also pay 100k per talocan building component, and 2 mil per 'Talocan Stasis Deflector' if you are selling these aswell.

Yes, I can cofnirm that all of the items in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 need specialised COSMOS skills. Most of them need the skills to less than 4. Onyl the REALLY phat items need them to 5, and I'll check when I'm not at work.
Lot 4 does indeed require a Level 5 skill, as you described, and I'm not selling any building components (because I dont have any) :D
