Pretty good refining skills, most of t2 crystals trained, rest are at L3
Ice Harvesting 5
Gas Cloud Harvesting 5
Decent drone skills
Decent PI skills
All +4 implants plugged in
He needs 7-10 days to get rank 3 mastery in Amarr & Gallente drone ships, so he is not utterly terrible.
Oh yea, 1 bonus respec is available now, and second one resets in 2 months.
