Ok this may sound a little odd, but after much searching and talking to many diplomats we can't find somewhere to rent for a decent price, i know i am going to get flamed for this  but oh well such is the way of the eve forums, hence why i rarely post.
What we have been looking for is somewhere to setup 1 CT, mine for a bit and basically carebear it up for a few weeks/a month or so, i have talked to 2 different alliances now that have 'reletively' quiet space, both times about systems that are almost never used according to the map and they still want over a bil a month to do this, while yes that is not a huge amount of isk, the GLF is not a industry corp by any means and 1 bil is not isk we come up with easily, sure we can, but that removes most of the point of what we are trying to do, we'd be basically mining and NPCing just to pay the rent and not make a lot for ourselves, we have said that we would align standings to the alliance that we are renting off and even help to defend their space during our stay, along with us deploying cap ships if needed, this still does not afford us any discount.
If anyone wants a mostly PVP corp in their space to help protect it during our stay, has somewhere that is reletivly quiet to mine and NPC and doesn't mind having us about with 1 not-claiming CT up  then please contact me.
We are open to reasonable amount of rent to, just not an amount where we will be working just to pay rent and not get anything for ourselves.
Why can i sense flames coming, must just be cause it's these forums....

Sounds perfectly reasonable. I don't understand why you can't find someone willing to help you out. After all, these forums are chocked full of 'friendly' alliances...

Captain Havoc, you might not advertise your corp as "a mostly PVP Corp" considering <VOID> remove ya'll for not producing when it came to PVP.

Perhaps you might request to join an alliance that is in is looking to train pilots for PVP and 0.0 travel.
There might be a number of alliances who are willing to train, such as ISS Navy or someone like that.
There's also Big Blue try to keep a DMZ.
If you want a really cheap monthly rent/pass, then try going with hidden giant secure cans instead of a Control Tower.
Also put a cloaking device on your NPC Ravens/Mining ships. It costs a litte CPU, but can save you 100's of million per month in Control Tower fee/fuel.

Ahem, we have never had any contact with VOID, please get your info correct.
Also we have been through about a year of constant 0.0 war, i think we can handle ourselves ok at PVP thanks very much.

I Can't offer any place for you to settle down but I can vouch for you. To anyone thinking of letting the GLF hang around their area I say go for it.
I flew with the GLF a lot while I was with the Smoking Hillbilies and they're a good crowd and don't fill there boxers when the turds hit the turbine. Good guys to see on alliance combat ops.

do you HAVE to have a control tower?
If not, try one of the many regions with NPC stations, (syndicate, delve, fountain, PureBlind, Curse, and probably a few others). the positives? NO rent, no control tower costs.
Now i know delve and fountain are "claimed" (and maybe syndicate?) but the others from my experience are good places to live.

Honestly, 1 bil a month isn't too high. Have you tried negotiating a lower cost if you refine in their stations?
If that doesn't work for you just have 1 day a week that's devoted to corp mining ops to pay the rent and fuel costs. 1 Billion might sound like a lot, but with a couple mining alts or just a bunch of apocs with miner 2's you can raise that in no time.
GLF are a good bunch, and I'm sure you'll find someone willing to rent you out some space :)

OMG, thanks guys, i was just posting a thread about wanting access to some space, i didn't expect all you guys to pop in and say hello, thanks so much for your kind words Mrmuttley, Sarmaul, Mephistos and Kaygo, it's good to see you all again, i hope your taking care of yourselves and not getting into to much mischief  althought knowing you...... you are 
And shadyfox, we have about 20 CT's with all gear atm we're trying to sell most of them tbh, they are left over from a moon mining project also the GLF doesn't live in stations, only POS's

10 people mining for 8 hours can easily make 1b. now take the burden over 1 month, it is easily achieveable.

Have you thought about syndicate? fairly easy to get into. lots of open places. Min ing is ****e but ratting is reasonable. You won't get large bs spawns but you'll get a steady amount of them.
Compared to some other regions such as Delve or Stain it's not that rich but lots of corps have used it to refocus and make some isk. And no one really controls all of it. And unlike most of the regions of 0.0 with npc stations it's VERY close to empire. Other regions such as Stain, Fountain, Curse and Venal might be harder to access.

I believe there are some unclaimed systems in Pure Blind (south / east of the region) its not exactly safe though (but then 0.0 never is)
Best roid throughout is Jaspet though I believe (there are a few systems with some better roids but unsurprisingly they are claimed)

you should join an alliance it's cheaper. for example if you join my alliance it costs 100mil for the first month and roughly 1 mil isk a member evey month after that.

Good luck in your future endavours.
Your corp is deffo one that earned some respect during the war.
I would even go as far as saying that GLF, from my point of view, earned the most respect out of all x-fixians, at the end of this entire conflict.

I think Havoc's point is to only affiliate with someone on business terms. Joining an alliance would compromise the neutrality more than closing a contract.

Talk to Aralis of the CVA. He may not be able to help - but then again he might. Productive and helpful non-pirates are always welcome to fly/npc/mine in our section of Amarrian 0.0. However if you are intending on putting up POSes etc then you would need to clear it with Aralis...
