Hmm there are lots I like although some are no longer pirates
Cerberix - Has flown the typhoon for over a yr and pwns most other bs's in a 1vs1, says alot.
Verone - Cos we carebeared together before we turned naughty
V2GBR- Shouldnt have sold up  , but traditional pirate with a bad attitude 
Shaddex- ALso left game, a real leader and gentlemen pirate
Carthago/Lightstorm - Taught me most of what I know and was killing right at the beginning of eve.
Alindyar - Has the best voice ever and is תתתתת rich
Bladeuk - No1 can eat as much as him
Ed Gein - Strange setups but kills things that just should be able to be killed
Parmizan - Love my parm
I guess any other pirate that doesnt fit a large ammount of stabs and will ransom whenever possible, they all get my vote

I have many favorites, really. It is probably cliche by now to say this, but my "favorite" pirates would have to be Veto. They all seem to be intelligent and pretty damn nice guys. They are who inspired me to decide to take up piracy in the first place.
I have to say that I'm a big fan of Skywalker now, though.

Skywalker dude is cool cause he used a naglfar and has balls.
There were a couple of Brits in Warmongers; nightwolf03 and tr0jan. They had the best attitude about piracy and eve in general.
While most of us in warmongers were just total noobs fighting wars back in 2004 vs. DDC trying to be pro.
They were just shooting everything they could and laughed so hard/much on ventrilo.
Best pirates ever!
