I once lost a crow to teh session change bug and petitoned because it was a known issue. The GM told me that I should have insured the crow to replace my loss. This is well over a year ago, like 18 months ago or more, that crow cost 25mil and the payout was like 300k on platnum insurance.

6 days waiting on a reimbursement pention... Not that bad... I crashed along with 6 other people, only my client didn't jump at the gate. Rats ended up eating me.
Client wouldn't respond for 5 minutes, alt ctrl del wouldn't work, hard drives thrashing. No it's not my computer, happened to most people in gang, only I didn't jump.
I will be very disapointed if this is turned down.
The queue times seem to be getting longer.

I would like to think this is oveur playing some sick twisted joke.. but yanno what.. im honistly begining to think These guys are "Outsourced"*Cough*india*cough* help who know nothing about the game or have access to any Logs of any nature..

you get into a 100vs100 (numbers were higher from what I have heard)and then when you get lag you petition to repalce your ship ?
seriously you have to take responsibility for your loss. You have the right not to partake in the fight or fly a less valueable ship. How many BS could you insure and loose for the same value of that dread.
As to the copy and paste thats how it works. I have a macro program that from 1 key press will put 1 of about 30 standard replies. Why should I type out the same thing 50 times a day.

yes, you really should be sad. Its not because you have a **** PC, its because you don't have a PC which can cope with battles of this size. If any player has a computer running eve which will deal with that, I would really be very surprised

They need to call it customer disservice. I am convinced that it is all automated. I just got a nonsensical response to my petition after the standard 2 week wait. For a pay-per-month game, Eve really knows how to drive away players.

now correct me if im wrong.. but siege mode lasts for 10 minutes correct? Meaning you where killed in under 10 minutes, meaning your where ****** even if you WHERE there and could respond. Cant warp in siege mode :)
