Links in chat for Solar System and Ships needs to be yellow please, it's not obvious enough with just a bolded white color!
HTTP Links come up yellow but not in game links? (link)?
So not only are you doing contradictory user interface, you are implementing poor usability? (link?)
Please correct this by making ALL links yellow for ease of use, communication and usability!

Oh my. Absolutely. You are breaking the link paradigm that the web has been using for years now. You should have at least 2 forms of differentiation so you can see the link from the rest of the text. Colour and weight/underline.
You really can't tell if they are links or not right now.

Well, they don't particularly need to be yellow (though that'd be consistent and "what the user expects" by now), but they should stand out somehow. Simply making them bold is very easy to miss. |

The change on SISI was without obvious purpose or function. If CCP doesn't like yellow for links in chat make them some other color. |

for about 3 weeks people have been saying this, and CCP has yet to take action or at least respond to these forums.
I think the bold white is here to stay
Repair Drones should be able to repair anyone ... really, they should. -áThink of them as the first targetable subsystem if you're worried about PvP and for missions if someone wants Rep drones over a flight of Hobs, who cares. -áThere is no reasonable objection here other than it's always been that way (so was RR until recently). |

Name me one reason why they should be bolded and white and not orange/gold/yellow.
Listens and only hear crikets.
Unless the reason is to have another person of special posting privaleges in chat of different colors would you reconsider consolodating previous ones first?
Please CCP its bad enough some of us are color blind, blind, or visually imparied its of absolute counter mission of clarity if you cannot seperate links and regular text.

Supported. Should be orangey-yellowy-gold. You chose that colour for a reason on the new forums too, perhaps because you were familiar with it?
As I constantly have to remind the developers I work with, consistency is important, especially when navigating something new that the user may be unfamiliar with - it's a common point of reference.

I too thought this was a bug. It wasn't till I was prompted to seek out this thread I realised CCP might be that silly. Please differentiate links using a standard utilised by the rest of the world. |
