I received a API key to view his journal entries, nothing else. I downloaded the data and put it into my spreadsheet. There were 127 entries dating back to his character creation date of 5/22/2014. After filtering out the market and contract entries, I was only focused on the donations between Mr McMorris and his "investors". I was particularly interested in entries between Jax Tayler and McMorris due to the fact that Jax had claimed to make an investment with McMorris and were his first payment of exactly 281,600,000 2 days ago. In fact, there was 2 entries dated 2 days ago, 1 was 30,000,000 and the second was 10,000,000, both were donation from McMorris to Jax Tayler. There was a third entry of 1,500,000 from McMorris to Jax today. I thought I should ask McMorris about the relationship of Jax Tayler to the fund and himself. EVE-Live It's interesting that right off the bat, McMorris was unable to answer the question immediately. As a result of this seemingly innocent question, McMorris decided the audit is terminated at this point and found that I was not a neutral auditor. I would agree with his statement that I was not a neutral auditor. A few people in the Supreme Court of Canada channel had also suggested that The Bannerman was another alt. I checked the journal entries to see if there are supporting evidence. There is indeed a donation from The Bannerman in the amount of 145,003,543.50 to McMorris on May 24. No earlier transactions between McMorris and TheBannerman. I checked my math and asked a few other people in my corporation to check for me, May 24 is hardy a week old. 145,003,543.50 is odd amount wouldn't you say? Especially when The McMorris Mutual Investment Fund page stated that investment are to be made in 75m, 150m, 300m and 600m and interest payments are 7.5%, 12%, 15%, and 17% respectively on a weekly basis. There was a journal entry of 165,000,000 from McMorris to The Bannerman today at 2014-05-25 15:38:41. Which is strange for several reasons. The Bannerman's post was at 15:28, a full 10 minutes too early, perhaps he was a little too zealous about receiving interest? A 1 day investment in the amount of 145m, earned The Bannerman 13%, that's an excellent investment I would say but unfortunately, the timing and numbers contradict with both McMorris and The Bannerman's statements. I went all the way back to the very first donation which was in the amount of 200,000isk, less than an hour after McMorris was created from Julia Enaka. Who is a self-proclaimed awoxer. His main? Unfortunately for him, I didn't stop the audit from this point, kind of hard to stop it if I have downloaded the API data.
