Which one guys? I just want opinions and set ups, no need to flame or get into a debate with the other guy regarding which is better. Also I want different views on PVP and PVE. Thanks.

Either or really.
When Sniping, I don't fit a tank at all. During PvP with AC's, I'll fit a dual large rep tank. PvE I fit a shield tank.

When fitting autocannons, an armor tank is generally the way to go unless you have someone else to scramble and web your target. I'll just post a couple fittings, here:
Armor tank, autocannons:
6 dual 650 II 2 heavy nos
1 quad LiF MWD 1 faint 20km scrambler 1 fleeting web 1 hypnos multispectral jammer 1 heavy electrochemical cap injector
1 large armor rep II 1 large accomodation armor rep 2 energized adaptive nano II 1 power diagnostic II 1 gyrostab II
Shield tank, autocannons (with someone else to tackle):
6 800mm II 2 heavy diminishing nos
1 quad LiF MWD 1 XL C5L booster 1 heavy electrochemical cap injector 2 invulnerability field II
4 gyrostabilizer II 1 internal force field damage control II 1 coprocessor II
3 berserker SW-900 web drones
For artillery, you'll either want to go with no tank (sniping), or a shield tank (medium-range engagements). Artillery setups are pretty straightforward, so I won't bother posting one. -Wrayeth

Drop from 650 IIs to 425 IIs and you can replace the PDU with a DC (you may also have to go with 2 accomodations depending on you AWU level). The diference between 650 IIs and 425 IIs is 24 DPS, that's total not per gun. Because of tracking 800 IIs are almost never worth it aside from ammo consuption. The total DPS differnc between 800 IIs and 425 IIs is 43.

depends Sheild/auto can work in some situations..
6 x dual 650 II 2 x heavy nos
1 x XL sb 2 x invul II 1 AB II.. normally i would never fit an AB over MWD but dont work with a mwd.. 1 x warp disrupter
3 x gyro II 1 x dmg control 1 x CPU II 1 x what ever you feel like that day..
