If I was the CCP SithLord I would first delegate all of my workload to all my soon to be suffering terribly CCP Underlings.
I would reset or even disable all the "standing's" between each and every player, corporation and alliance and would then board my CCP Head Honcho exclusive supa pimped Velator and proceed to demonstrate just who in fact is the "Eve-Daddy".

Sell CCP to EA, fake my death and retire to the Caribbeans.
Or change moon mining to only yield P0 materials and add reactions to turn P0s into P1s and moon materials at POSes. Then I force the CSM to sell that change to the playerbase. Also, I'd hire Dinsdale to oversee the re-design of Sovereignty mechanics and capital warfare.

Hell.. I'll ban everybody who doesnt like animations.
There will be animated docking, animated stargate entrance, animated walking in stations, animated fitting, animated entrance in ship, animated walking out of the pod, animated cloth changing, animated slutty bar dancers, animated dying, animated podding and you will be able to go to the toilett. And that will be also animated too. |

Create 'Concord' incursions into pirate held space and sov space, have them appear out of nowhere and concordoken people on random gates, including their pods, blow up POSses and POCOs at random, warp in on ratters and blow them up as well.
Randomly change the sec status of X number of systems across the universe to something else for 24 hours ( DT to DT ), highsec becomes null or low, low becomes null or high, null becomes low or high. W-space... uhm.. yeah..
Have the CSM on Parade in clown suits during fanfest. Make them wear the suits during their entire time at fanfest as part of their agreement to get their free trip. Inform them of this agreement AT fanfest.
Add gold ammo, which does nothing different than regular ammo, except give the person getting shot the message that they're being shot by gold ammo.
Increase the price of a wardec to 100 times of what it is now.
decrease concord response time to 0 seconds in empire space, no matter sec status, and also have them show up when there's outlaws around or people with good standings vs pirate factions. Pod them for good measure.
Add a jacuzi to the CQ, but only allow it to be used when people wear a new set of items called 'swimming suits' which will cost 10000 aurum.
Have devs do unannounced dev roams with polaris ships with all the trimmings to gank any blobs forming up anywhere at random.
Mess with the Jita market.
Hire some players play Eve as part of their work, part time playtesting stuff, part time trade and make huge amounts of isk in tradehubs, extracting as much isk from the game through this as possible.
Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

Focus development into WIS/Legion.
Fix carriers into real carriers. Eg. full fighter/bomber platform, no sentry derping, extensive rebalancing. Also change meta to discourage use of slowcat doctrine which is just stupid.
Real rebalancing of mining ships. Not this poop we get now.
Cal/Min pirate faction. Pirate Dessies/BCs as well.
Dunno how this would be evil though.

1. Mass not-so-random bannings, starting with the owners of Jita spam bots, mining bots, marketing bots, people who were already permabanned but came back with alts, etc. When they create more alts, ban those as well.
2. Ban ISBoxer, then see 1.
3. Make all the planets and moons orbit, screwing every bookmark in the universe.
4. Player-grade NPCs with Sleeper AI everywhere. And they have dedicated tacklers, neuters and remote repair. And they pod.
5. NPC governments suddenly grow some balls and decline docking and cloning rights to the known "criminals". The revoked cloning contracts are transferred to the random stations in NPC nullsec.
6. Concord becomes somewhat semi-tankable (on par with C6 Sleepers, except you still can't have capitals in highsec). Evading Concord is no longer an exploit. Concord reinforces over time. Concord pods.
7. "Highways" are removed. Pockets of lowsec are introduced between empires.
8. Gates shoot players into a random point within 10-20 AU from the target sun. Fleets land together. Gate camping is no more.
9. Empires start "colonizing" nullsec, starting with Providence, with a few pockets going lowsec with navy stations. Concord incursions in random nullsec (think C4-C5 sleepers).
10. Valkyrie VR exclusive silliness is cancelled immediately, Valkyrie is developed as a part of Legion (Think War Thunder, planes / ground forces).
11. The Door opens. It opens to a maze of dark cyberpunkish streets/corridors where players can freely shoot and shank each other. In between there are a few shady bars with gambling and exotic dancers available. Bar fights are a minigame.
12. Pistols, Nova knives, trained slaver hounds (that leap and bite) are introduced to the NEX store. There is also the option of taking a free crowbar when leaving CQ. |
