i warped to a belt warping out after clicking warp for 15min. got up to speed in belt but couldnt warp. was not scrambled. rats/roids never loaded; all i saw was the damage messages. at 6/7 of my sheidl (remaining) i crashed and could not get back in for 15min

I wonder how GMs will explain you that everything went fine?
Anyway, my little lag story from yesterday:
Wanted to go to 4c to kill that goonie fleet. 4 jumps out I get lagged so badly that I couldnt jump anymore.
When I was able to get to 4c the fleetbattle just ended and I could join in some camping. Then we moved out, lost 2-3BS cause clients had sync erros (lol, wtf? 3 of our guys were ether 12km from gate or jumped, just depending on who saw it) then I managed to get dropped again and missed the second part of the fleetbattle.
So 4h wasted with seeing lag and camping, managed to miss the 10mins of fun totally. At least the other guys had fun

Your own fault for warping to a belt with that much lag! 
But yeah, it's a *****. When module lag gets above 10mins there isn't mauch you can do but just crash your client and wait for it to be over :/

Umm Vdsat is the voltage at the individual gate level.... that means EVERY transistor on your chip would be running @ 42V. Modern computers only use ~ 12V....

So the lag is bad, and?
Deal with it, hold your discipline and come out on top or at the very least you have some of your forces in system. Where's the problem?
We, all of us that read/post in this forum don't really expect to have this problem go away any time soon do we?

lol, i coulda warped out tho. I mean, even crashed, my ship shoulda autowarped. i wasnt taking much damage from the rats (who never loaded btw). i hit warp. ship up 2 speed. nothing. too much lkag. hell, just warping to belt took me 15min

Not really ... you kinda need to get an extender for a BC. Also unhardened BC's kinda die like flies to torps :P.

server is just a bit laggy this weekend (first time since month I got dropped 4x within 4h)

Well.. lagged for 15 mins and i managed to relog.. worked ok ISH afterthat but still horrible. Thing was, we arent covering for a loss.. O_o seems BB ahd it as bad as well.

Kinda disapointed, my first big fight since the server upgrade i was expecting much more then this. No better then any other laggy fight ive had. I guess its worth petitioning for bwf to be given a node for a while.
