The great Amarr Empire was founded to cultivate the spirit of man.
To do so the enemies of the outside had to be defeated and the enemies of the inside controlled.
-The Scriptures.
Due to the vigilance of many in the last months, the enemies of Amarr have been pressed back from the core systems to the very outskirts of our great Empire. Despite the trials the Deceiver has sent us, despite the lack of an Emperor, Amarrians have stood firm in the guidance of God. Amarr stands strong in the Light of God and looks forward to a future of Divine Providence.
Yet, despite the current reprieve, we must still look back to the scriptures for our guidance. The Enemies of the Outside have been met in open battle and have been checked for a time, and with the current stability should come the time to address the issue of the Enemies of the Inside.
In the last year of hostile threat the more insidious servants of the Deceiver have brought corruption to the empire in forms far harder to detect than those of the Terrorists. The venom of the Deceiver found itself free to spread like an unholy cancer across the body of the empire; it is now time for that cancer to be excised and the Empire sanctified.
Throughout the Empire the toxins of the Molok must be found and removed. The souls of all those living in GodÆs Empire must be made accountable for any sin, and the Enemies of the Inside controlled.
God has always called for all Amarrians to examine their souls. Where they were not right with God was found and removed.
Through the help of the Clergy, all Amarrian Faithful must now continue this pround tradition and be absolutely sure that they remain holy. The cancer that is heathen corruption must be excised from us all, now, before we can look at our Empire as a whole.
When the faithful have become right with God once more, then the time will have come to seek out and excise all the cancerous elements that attack the body of the Empire. The deceivers most valuable servants are not the blatant enemies that the terrorists or heretics represent, but rather the infiltrating forces that use the distractions of the more blatant threats to corrupt and damage the body of the Empire.
These must be eliminated. All Amarrians must show vigilance at home, so that through internal strength we may show strength to the outside world.
To maintain GodÆs Dominion we must control the Enemies of the Inside, a fight in which all of the Faithful Amarrians, whether they are racially Amarrian, Khanid, Udorian, NiÆKunni, or Nefantir, must take up their arms against the forces of the Deceiver.
Through the Faithful Vigilance of all, the Faith will maintain purity even without an Emperor to guide us and heresy will be averted in the darkest of times. The enemies of the Inside will be controlled and all those who would think to become external enemies will see only the solid citadel of the Amarrian Faith.
God is with us.

With this as our goal, PIE inc invites all Amarrians to join it in the defense of the Empire. We wish to bring not only those who are already defending the Empire into fight against the Enemies of the Inside, but also those whose paths do not call them to fight in the body for the purity of GodÆs Empire.
We hereby announce the existence and the public side of Operation Vigilance. We wish to know the names of all those who would threaten GodÆs Will, no matter how small a threat they seem, so that all of those who threaten the Empire can be eliminated or brought under control.
We ask that faithful Amarrians be on the lookout for any and all pod pilots hostile to the Empire, whether through word or by action. We ask that Faithful Amarrians work with us to identify all who may be hostile to the Empire.
Any who notice even the slightest evidence of hostility to the Empire should send a mail to Gaven LokÆri in the following format.

Once this information is received, PIE inc will evaluate it via a fair tribunal and respond accordingly to any crime against GodÆs Empire.
With your help, Amarr shall stand strong with unceasing Vigilance.
The will of God shall be done. The enemies of the inside shall be controlled.
God wills it!

The threats to our glorious Empire are many. Evil and dissent at every turn. Those who would violate the word of God and live a life of heresy right in the middle of Amarr itslef are the new threat. While terrorists and pirates will always present themselves for judgement the insidious threat of those living within our borders who disrupt the Empire of God and commit blasphemy must be addressed.
Loyal Amarrian citizens are advised to follow the instructions in Admiral Lok'ri's address and notify him of instances of blasphemy, heresy and criminal activity within the core Amarrian homeworld systems.

Ofcourse you sitting in R3 and shooting at CVA members while we still had you set to +10 so you could get afew cheap kills had nothing to do with us adjusting your standings to a firm -10.

I expected the Enemies of the Outside, with the possible exception of Cosmopolite, to fail to understand the point of the thread.
But that AMAX doesnt realise that providence is not yet a part of the Amarr Empire and that PIE has not been part of the CVA for almost half a year... is more pathetic than I had dreamed.

So, I would argue that because I am insulting your witchhunt, that I am being hostile to 'Amarr Loyalists' and against "god's will" that you claim to represent and thus don't see why it does not follow your logic that I am thus a "hostile to the empire". If you are going to start waiting for random accusations with concocted evidence against honest pilots to come in so you can start slaying them as examples, I would like to voulenteer to be at the head of your hit list in order to protest this imperialistic operation that does nothing but invite the killing of innocent pilots.

I support your efforts to cleans the Empire of this deviant element. While I have been operating primarily in defense of border regions, I will increase my efforts to identify these enemies. Expect a report soon.
I believe that Russo's spiritual contamination has at last begun to overload his cybernetic interfaces.. the late stages of synaptic failure cannot be far behind...
