Let me get this right... you're issuing 34B of shares to build ISS Cassini ?
Strange ... last time I looked ... it was built alredy and was handed over to you free of charge ?
What exactly will the 34B be spent on ?

ISS Cassini is indeed built. The 34bn of shares issued are to move ISS Cassini from Private to Eve-public ownership. Full details are on the IPO links in the OP.

Is there a limit to the number of shares that can be bought in this outpost by private or corporate investors beyond the obvious limit which is the number of shares available ?

No Limit, although if a single entity was seeking to buy, say, 50% of the shares in one go, we would go to private negotiation on options. It is in the interest of both the Eve Community and the ISS to have a diverse share holding.

**WARNING** Some unsociable individual has created a character called 'Gillia Steel' (notice no 'e' on the end). They have also deliberately copied this Avatars appearance for maximum Harassment effect.
It's petitioned, so hopefully will result in a ban. This generally happens every ISS IPO, so be careful when selecting the name.
