While I understand that the politicians of the Minmatar people are shrivelled up cowards with no head for the future, most of the Minmatar people are freelancers spread throughtout the galaxy working and fighting alongside Amarrian friends. Stavros, unlike many political powers in the galaxy, has not announced his intention to declare war upon a race simply for being what they are.
