Hello,
Short question, does ECM Burst work against player drones?
Do they stay scrambled for the 30 second duration?
Can they be scooped and redeployed and fight again before 30 sec. are over?

burst only breaks locks. every thirty seconds.
so if you stagger 3 of them, and assuming they work as intended, you should break the drones lock every 10 seconds, leaving only tiny windows for them to attack you.
(they relock almost instantaneous)
however, i only tested this WITH MY OWN drones, which i attacked, so theyd aggro me.
didnt work on them. in fact NO ecm device i used (not even the most expensive projected T1 ECMs)did do anything to them.
On paper it works a charm; drones got a sensor strength of 1.
and yes, they COULD be scooped and redeployed, however, i doubt you can do it faster than those 30 secs.

Well the burst doesn't scramble. All the burst does is make you lose lock, so you have to relock on your target. The problem with drones is that their locking speed is VERY fast, so the burst will almost be useless on drones.

hmm, good that i asked before using this 
it DID look nice on paper.
i guess smartbombs is the way then.

Slightly off topic but can the ec-300 drones jamm normal drones, lets say i'm in a ferox with 5 ec-300 drones all have a jamm strengh of 1 i go against an ishtar and he pulls out 5 ogre II's they still have only 1 sensor strenght i then launch my drones and target one on each of the ogres will mt drones scrambel the other drones ?

Well, when I saw that drones had 1 sensor strenght, I thought about using light ECM drones to jam them (wonderful, no more Domis tearing me apart!)
Sad thing is, I tried to jam drones extensively, they don't seem to be affected by ECM :(

Why can't ECM burst get some Dev loving in Kali?
Seems like they could be neat and interesting modules to throw into the mix. At least make them able to work on drones.
