We do believe that offering other ship skins that are only available through ingame actions (such as with the new sites coming in Kronos) we'll have something for everyone. This would be very much appreciated. I know more than a few people who'd love to have access to cross-race clothing. Also, the blog notes 'new tattoos,' but lists the existing Prototype and Wreckage tattoos. Are these new-for-general-consumption, or were those placeholders for actual new tattoo designs? True as in you do need to use the launcher to authenticate with the store backend. False as in your characters docking state has nothing to do with the New Eden Store. If its not a massive amount of hassle could you try swapping the accounts round and seeing if it works? So if launcher A was used for account A before, try it with account B and vice versa. How exactly was it you created the second launcher and install? Any info will go a long way to helping us reproduce this issue, but also try and make sure we account for this type of setup in the future. Thanks for your continuing help!
