They already completely changed the look of some bloodlines when the new character creator was added. So I don't see any problems with bloodline changes. However gender changes seem abit odd. You might also want to look into character renaming (of course with prominently noted "formerly known as" in employment history tab).

Look at it this way: I buy frigate and dessie hulls in bulk, maybe 100 at a time. It would cost $20 to skin the lot. No chance. If it cost $2 to skin the lot I wouldn't hesitate. But $20 on top of the +2b to fit the batch? Nope. The real irony is that CCP would certainly earn more from me if they were cheaper. I would easily lose ten times more than I currently am. The main purpose for vanity items should be, to allow people to bling out a ship they want in a way that people will notice (Kill Mails being the obvious one in EVE), but for no stat improvement. Hey, if it gets extra scratch into CCPs coffers, and is priced reasonably, you might even see more people use them. The New Eden Store is a very good place to introduce this. I would think that unlocking another bloodline's clothes (and hairstyles, and accessories) should be cheaper than an equivalent 'new' item, and perhaps unlocked in packs ("Gallente Pack") that includes all of the options from that race/bloodline. NES is biggest thing I'm looking forward to with Kronos, can't wait for it to launch! And if it's going to be adding new clothes on a regular basis then OMG I need more money. Thank you! <3 The only thing that would be lacking then is a way to interact with other players in a way that shows off your outfits. Like, you know, WiS.
