I would like to know that......
It doesn't sadly, so help me petition it so it does! imo turret as turret, therefor it should affect mining lasers as well (or maybe I'm just carebearish hehe) either way support me on this! Thanks.

Is there a list or something about which ships can/cannot go into different sec areas? Never heard of this before and it could be the first thing about EVE that i don't like

Does siege mode affect structure tanking? Well, no, it doesn't. If it did and we had capital hull repairers (doing 8x a large as per capital armour reps vs large armour reps) a Phoenix dreadnought with 7 fitted could tank 996 hull dps with max skills. With an Interior Force Field Array (58% resistance on hull) that's 2370 raw dps tanked.
Unfortunately the Phoenix only has one turret hardpoint to mount a mining laser on. |

Originally by: IDesert FoxI They can be built in high sec space. This means that they can undock in high sec, and then jump drive to low sec and then, they stay there.
They can't be built in highsec, but a few were back when they could be, so next time you see a dread in amarr higsec, be nice and say hi to chirbba.

I support the creation of an Industrial Harvester! Only so i can have an alt sit there in a belt all day so my production division stops complaining that they cant fill my production orders...
Oh and it should have really cool effects that looks like laser shows at a rave and instapops the entire belt in 10 mins
Gothikia is teh sexy!! |

Could a single person, if Chribba didnt shoot back, kill that thing before the 15 min criminal flagging was up?
I mean it would suck to get the dread into structure finally and get Konkordkended.

Don't forget that the shield and armour are just for show. The hull is where you hit the real tanking. |

What would I shoot back with? I only got Mining lasers and Mining drones mounted
But to answer the question, yes probably, 15 min would be more than enough I think.

Ships can go anywhere. The fact that larger Capitol Ships can't go into high sec is a technicality.
The larger Capital Ships cannot use jump gates, so they must use their own jump drives to get around. It just so happens that you cannot activate a cyno-field in high sec, and therefore jump in a cap ship.

Well that sucks Is there some reason for this? (other than game mechanics)

People would tank concord in dreads, probably.

yep, hisec would become a mess if there were cap ship around as even concord with sentry couldn't really hurt them

Then wouldn't it make more sense to give Concord more firepower rather than limit where players can go? I was looking forward to getting bigger and better ships over time, but now i won't be. I want to play the whole game, not just stay in one part of it.

I've been playing in all sec space from 1.0 to 0.0 since i started playing, and probably spend an equal amount of time in high and low sec. Why would i suddenly want to only stay in low sec? Besides, playing in low sec sometimes feels like it's a single-player game...it's so empty!

A Dread in seige mode still won't tank CONCORD. Even if they can tank the inital 9845793 DPS, backup keeps coming, and if you're an outlaw, the Navy comes to.
Plus surviving CONCORD is an exploit...

i want one too!
Ya know what the most annoying thing in eve is... jumping a capital ship somewhere and then watching every friendly and neutral locking you to get a looksie :p
If they were shooting at me that wouldn't bother me. It's the whole "oh oh oh oh I wanna lock the dread! So I can umm get a little target picture on my GUI" thing that bugs me.

Dreads should be allowed in high sec, just give Concord their own dreads to kill criminal capital ships. Problem solved? And then make freighters drop loot please!
