 i just saw a dreadnought in Amarr!! That thing is huge! i though you could not fly these ships in safe space, did someone exploit?
in all excitement i forgot to check who the pilot was, anyone know who he/she is and why and how that thing is there?

They can be built in high sec space. This means that they can undock in high sec, and then jump drive to low sec and then, they stay there.

I think they changed that in rmr so they have to be built in low sec. However I do know that Chriba did have one in high sec, cant remember where though.

its in Amarr, i remember a phoenix being in Yulai too and it was too deep into high sec to jump out :P

Chribba built his before the patch so there it stays until he jumps it out to low sec... which I'd never do just for the novelty of it.

It was most likely Chribba, as he has a dread in amarr that he plans on never moving to low sec.
He does mine veld in it.

Chirbba uss his Dreaddy to sit in siege mode and mine veldspar all day long. It has so many cargo expanders it's top speed is -17m/s.

Gotta love having a dread in high sec ;).
It is pretty legendary now, and is to be added to the big list of people whinging becuase they can flagged by pirates:
