This is a warning in around 2 weeks after our contract ends we will be moving into BWF
If MC have not removed all there forces within 24 hrs Alek Will counter any future contracts the MC are awarded thus making MC the least attractive alliance to hire in eve.
There will be no further warnings I will contact my Friends in TBB in 24 hrs if there is no Pull out of MC forces Alek will have no option but to seek total distruction of MC.

Just to clear things up I have engaged talks with TBB leadership and have this move approved via them
This alt is clearly trying to upset the applecart the onlything that will spill over is the loot in my cargo hold from MC if they do not comply with my demands.

If at some future date TBB hires the MC to kill someone or protect something for them, does that mean you'd assault TBB for doing it to make the MC undesirable? Or is this like "we're crushing the TBB and taking the station" campaign before and will get bored and distracted as your ADHD meds wear off?

Who in thier right mind would hire you considering the 'contract' against TBB ended with you completly ignoring your obligations and running to deklien?
MC have a history of doing what they set out to. You however, from the out side looking in, seem to have nothing but dissregard for your clients wishes.

FYI - We did have a contract vs Tbb it was never intended to take the pill however i was asked to post that as part of the contract.
our result was alot better than MC results so far i think MC lost more Bs's in 1 day than we did the entire time we were up there.
I have a problem that after TBB hired MC to setup the outpost that MC would take a contract to remove it from them...
If we would have wanted the station we would have took it from them. Ask NFC and look who has control of where we were in the north..

larger entities aka alliances shouldnt hire mc at all. there is always the possebility, that you are the next target. if they are in 0.0 space they probably are after your neighbour. all major alliances should put them to negative stsanding. they hide behind their mercenary profession but thats a very easy way to play eve. they have the big stick of empire war to wield but they can declare only on so many entities.
dont hire mercenaries and dont let them use 0.0 space without a trying to block them. that should put their power down for good after some time. of course they can live in their friends space down south but who cares. down with all mercenaries especially mc.

Bob take another region = boring
MC take another contract = boring
LV and friends take down another RA pos = boring
ASCN build another outpost = boring
The drama that was the Deklien civil war and how Alek intervened and settled it all = Interesting!!
Now if they follow through with this statement it will be very very interesting!

Of course, there is the theory that there never was a contract.
But the _REAL_ question everyone should be asking is . . . why haven't they created an alliance yet?!

Yeh, bob take a region from 7 alliances using thier logistical capital fleet behemoth, with many many ships and pos's being lost and killed = boring
Mc take another contract vrs the biggest industrial alliance in game in attempt to take the most fortified system in the game, including the loss of the poor sharks head = boring
Alek go to dek, side with 1 alliance, kill the other for a bit, broker a deal, without any show of any real fancy stuff = WELL Intresting!

Of all the Merc groups in game, MC has one of the best reputations, probably THE best one. Their "earned" reputation can be summed up in one word "Professional".
If Penetrate also turns out to be a professional and determined organization, it should be excellent combat and fun for all involved. PvP Eve at its finest. I wish you all well (which means I hope you all die repeatedly, in serious combat ships, but have fun while you are at. An excellent fate for a serious PvPer.....)

Why is it when penetrate had a contract and did not disclose the people who hired them they got roasted in the fourm but MC are doing the exact same thing and everyone is fine with it?
ôWell penetrate left right away to go do something else up north and the MC have a good reputation and a long list of satisfied customersö How do we know the people who hired penetrate to take on the BB werenÆt ok with them going north? Maybe the contractor was over there head financially and happy to be out of the contract? Maybe the contractor was also friends with Penetrates friends up north and understood the situation? I just looks to me like Penetrate and M.Corp do the same job the same way. But one has more fourm fan-boys.
IÆm not a fan of either corp. I have made it clear my loyalty lies with Blue. Penetrate has stated they will come to Blues assistance; therefore, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. I do have one tidbit of advice for Penetrate. When the time comes, defend the blue with full force, show no mercy. When the smoke clears and if it worked out in your favor quote every person who dismissed, defamed and disrespected you in a new thread and only reply with a link to your killboard.
I think the defense of TBB will make or break Penetrate. If they run when things get hot and use ôwell were not under contract, were just helping outö as an excuse, or, leave the fight for any other reason I think there reputation is completely shotà. ItÆs not in such good shape as it is but once again they had the testicular fortitude to stand up and make a public claim so I will give them one last chance to prove all the haters wrong.

FYI - We did have a contract vs Tbb it was never intended to take the pill however i was asked to post that as part of the contract.
What kind of self respecting merc corp would take a contract, including the proviso to post totally unattainable goals in your contract announcement, knowing full well that you would never attempt to fulfill them, and therefore totally sabotage your reputation, especially as it was your first public job as a mercenary entity? Where's your respect for your corp and little coalition? Its demeaning.
Its a very very lame excuse that "oh, that was just a joke, we never actually planned to do that at all, we planned to do whatever it was we actually managed to do, all along".

If Penetrate and co is able to beat the CVA, then the MC will be up for lots of fun in a pvp manner. But if Penetrate and co declares on them every time they announce they have a contract to fulfill, then MC, from a bussiness pov really should worry.

I'm sure MC would welcome any fighting with penetrate. And unlike every other joe blow alliance, MC won't back down and will fight it out till the end.

That's not really the point, though, is it? Nobody is doubting that Alek can fit their ships, or that they're decent at flying them into combat. Nobody's saying they're uber carebears who could never fight MC. What I, and pretty much everyone else doubt, is that they can stay committed to any one thing for long enough to do what their massive-mouthed leader claims in his boastful announcements. They certainly couldn't against Big Blue, so what makes you think they wouldn't fight MC for about two weeks, then announce that MC are dead, or whatever, and then leave? MC would enjoy it, to be honest, then Alek would get bored, and MC's long term business wouldn't be affected at all.

Did I ever say CVA was some sorta joke? I don't know the current condition of CVA but I have fought them before and results were in our favor. I just wanted to get across that MC aren't easy targets. And if you think Penetrate will just waltz in a duck hunt the MC, they are in for a huge suprise.
With the addition of Contraband Inc, MC is more dangerous than ever. I had a runnin with contraband guys and to say the least it wasn't pretty.
Matta fact if Penetrate n friends have any real ballz, why don't they wait till the MC contract is finished and go head to head with em, mano e mano. Just a thought.

Well nothing is impossible to achieve, there is a chance Penetrate might pwn MC but the complete opposite might be true. (with higher % IMO)
What seems odd is the complete confidence in achieving that and announcing their plans in public forums either means u guys got some really ebil plan setup up and ur confident it will work by 90% or ur ego is displacing your mind.
I guess we will find out after ur rather sudden and mysteriouse contract is over ....

You know, what I love the most is that people think that in order to counter MC's contracts, we have to fight them. How narrow minded.
We have issued an ultimatum, whether it will be met or not remains to be seen.
MC have a fairly large fleet. Larger than the fleet we regularly use. Alektorophobia have not been known to blob yet, although it's not beyond us. However, if MC do not remove their forces, we will not neccessarily have to go to war with MC blobs to make our presence felt. All we have to do, is go to war with the people who hired them. Secrecy will be a good idea for anyone thinking of hiring MC if they do not withdraw from TBB space in the allocated time period. However, secrets rarely stay secret forever. If we find out that you've hired MC, you *will* be wardecced, and so will your friends, and your support structure. And then, what will you do - hire MC permanently to defend you? I dont think so. Eventually, you'll find yourself at the wrong end of an Alektorophobia gun. And believe what people type on forums whilst hiding behind their alts or not, it's up to you; anyone who knows or has fought us, will tell you that that is not a place that you want to be.

It has been said many times that not every member of MC know who they are fighting for. just the leaders know to protect the clients identity. Are you saying that you have a spy who is a MC leader? What if the client is BoB or ASCN or D2 or CVA or someone like that? do you really think they will care about a war dec from you for a few weeks? If I had a few billion isk and wanted to hurt someone I would probbly hire MC and then what you do? War dec my alliance over it? What if I was not in a alliance but had my own one man corp and just liked to mine a lot?

so MC have a bigger fleet than you, and you wont fight them. But instead hope that the contractors name somehow becomes public, even if its never happened before, so you can war dec them rather than MC ?

Picture a fleet of 65 of him....
FragM is very very good at killing lots of targets whilst losing very few assets himself. Its the nature of the beast the way he fights. Its not something that he achieves through the uniqueness of his character, anyone could do similar. That said I do have the utmost respect for his cov ops pilot(s). Unfortunately this tactic means he is not able to do anything of actual impact. Significant or otherwise.
I'm picturing a fleet of 65 of him, and ya know what? Itd cease to be frag and start to be every other fleet engagement, very very far from annoying to fight.

Im merely making a point. We're eminently capable of fighting MC, as Dragoon has said. But in supporting the claim of 'making MC unattractive to hire', Im simply pointing out that there is more than one way to skin a cat.
I'd also like to point out, that I <3 the sheer amount of alts that post in all Alek threads :P

It seems that FragM is a bit ****ed off (well, to me at least), that MC actually accomplished what he and his group of chicke fearers could not. All in a much quicker amount of time that he and his fanboys only managed to camp BWF. You couldn't destroy a carebear alliance, how could you destroy one of the most effective merc alliances in the game? Oh that's right, you can't. You'll lay claim to all these things and never actually do anything you put in your post.

I stand by what I said having seen both fight, I never mentioned the kills involved on either sides.
I also point people to the post about killmails where your corp states it never posts any.
