I am responding to Jenny Spitfire's assertion that a properly fitted Raven can one volley a tanked transport. So, if she can one volley a tanked transport how is killing that transport harder for her than killing a Hoarder? Because she fires a few less torps? Her ship will get CONCORD ganked anyway so I doubt she cares.
You require t2 fitting to suicide a t2 hauler, and even then, if it is hardened and HP tanked, you can't do it solo.
A t1 hauler gets suicided by a t1 raven easily.
You lose a LOT more suiciding with a t2 fitting, and you still have the chance of zero payout if he is tanked well.

Large amounts of minerals I can understand...
But BPOs are rivalled in size only by bookmarks and skillbooks. Why some people chose to put ALL their valuable eggs in one little, fragile basket astounds and perplexes me. T2 haulers, I don't care. Move your BPOs in interceptors, tanked battleships, covert ops or something sensible. Is it just laziness that makes people want to move house in one load? Or perhaps deep down, they want to lose it...

Any bs can do it. The difference is that unless the Indy is afk after having tarveled to Jita for example, the Ravens medslots might be considered to have a higher chance to get the job done b4 the indy docks. Faster lock, web, painting etc.
Other then that, any BS will do.

She answered that earlier and indicated it cost her 60 mil (extra or total I do not know) to pull off a transport gank. It's then a simple calculation for her to decide if she is likely to come out ahead.
What's more it seems she fits sufficient to pop a transport as a matter of course because she never knows what will roll along. If it an Iteron-MkI with a billion inside so much the better but in the end it matters little cuz she's gonna getcha. Tranport or not.

So how many times can a pilot suicide gank a hauler in hi-sec before he/she hits the -5.0? I'm assuming that the pod isnt killed so just the initial agression penalty and then the ship kill penalty will be applied.
The reason I ask is in hi-sec systems like Jita once you hit the -2.0 you are going to be shot at anyway by the faction police, and as we have been told before it's an exploit to recycle a character to get rid of the low sec status. Also it would be a waste to do this since it takes at least a month of training to be able to pilot a Raven with Torps to do this kind of gank.

I poped a itleron 5 with Deimos and ishtar BPO's, both survived and got picked up by my alt, so I'm happy and will continue doing it, even tho I will never be in shortage of isk again

Its stupid. Will accomplish getting missiles nerfed even further and helps the insta-jump people justify their use of instas.
Its really *** that CCP lets idiotic people continue to do this but when someone uses their brain and actually sets up a decent scam such as the recent IPO, they lose their isk and it even gets given back.
Disclaimer: I have done this before, a few years ago however, but that was before CCP stated that '1.0 space is supposed to be safe space'. And yes thats exactly what they said.
