Write a polite mail. They've surely got backups in case of a dataloss or for a roleback after a bug. One old backup is surely there, the char database of the testserver.
Maybe you have a chance to get your char back, although it was your own fault.
But I doubt that you'll get any assets back, if they have to recover your char from a backup. Nobody knows what you've done with these assets between the time of the backup and the deletion of your char.

Simply enter the game with that character. They will then be removed from the termination queue, even if you are already past the 10 hour wait.

I gave all my stuff away, and I wouldn't expect to get that back, as its not deleted, its still there, just with other people. Shoot all I really want is the skills and faction back, dont even care about the char itself, just the time I would have to wait to recover what I so foolishly deleted.
And I did send in a petition under character and skills creation thing. I don't expect an answer on a weekend which is so stressful! ><

Now now, don't derail the poor player's thread.
I'm sure if the GMs can't help you, you can send a nice email to the devs, praise them a lot (but not to the point of ridiculousness - that's just logical), and don't forget to promise to send them free beer - they love free beer.
