What kind of matar ship should i used to farm C3 in solo on my Matar char ?

I've tried the fit, it's difficult to tank the last pocket of Frontier in C3 pulsar, the sleeper battleship makes me mad, too much capa sucks and too far from me , any ideas to solve this problem ?

The BS is out of IEM RF L (35km fall off) , don't know how to get more range without losing dps and tank, i've the mobile depot too.
What kind of tracking enhancers ? I've already to Tracking enhancers TII

Battleship (Sleepless Preserver), i took too much damage from him, can i change something on the Mael to tank him more ?
(P.S. : Wich is the best TIII ship to skill to do solo c3/c4 ? Is it any real viable fit available ?)

Battleship (Sleepless Preserver), i took too much damage from him, can i change something on the Mael to tank him more ?
Btw, too much capa drain and not enough cargo space to stock enough XL charge for the dark blood cap.
(P.S. : Wich is the best TIII ship to skill to do solo c3/c4 ? Is it any real viable fit available ?)

Switch to T2 Barrage L to hit him, also a damage control in the low helps a lot for tank. Milenor wrote:

Cap skills help a lot. but try putting a flux coil in the low? Perhaps you should try having a close to cap stable ship and go from there? Can you fly a Machariel?
I've already a damage control. But no power diags.
Can't having enough dps and being cap stable, at least, they drain capa sso..
