Months ago I was flying with a new corp mate, taking em on a bit of a lowsec tour
We narrowly escaped being pwned by some -10 Pies and made it out of the system by the skin of our teeth.
MY corp mate wanted to know who we had just run from and I linked to the pirate name in chatwindow. Unfortunaltely for me, what with the post shock adrenalin and all, I posted the Evemail link to their name instead of the info. My erstwhile corpmate then took it into his head to send a smack filled message to none other than Keta Min.
I thank my lucky stars that he didnt bring the crap down on us

I once was flying around in my punisher looking for some targets when I found a catalyst mining in a .3. Thinking to myself, no he can't be THAT stupid can he? I shred his ship to pieces and scrambled his pod. When I tried to get a little money for his corpse he was like "I am part of a 400 pilot alliance, YOU must pay me 12 million that we are not going to hunt you."
Okay podded him and closed the convo. But then he convoed again, writing that I will regret this and that I will never see it coming and and and... well... happend to him now that he is first target anyplace anytime, even if there are more lucrative targets around. 
Morale of that: Don't make threats to pirates you can't back up.

Well thank for nothing, i understand what i did was wrong and stupid...after i was podded for the 4th time, so how about how you give me some advice on how to get this guy off my back.

He has a heavy assault ship and the best i can get is a Thorax (in a few days), I don't have that kind of cash to spend either

Agreed. You'll have to live with it. But now you have learned, and served as an example to others.
Either that or you could try hiding in 1.0 space for a while, sitting in high-sentry areas like stations or at gates, and praying he gets killed before killing you, if he even tries.

I hope you made sure your corpmate learned not to smack people.
If I was a high ranking person/CEO in a corp and that happens, the smacktalker would get podded to learn his lesson. even if he was a corpmate.
