So i was reading a thread about this and it mentioned they gotta be incoming from a different corp BUT what if the corps both belong to the same faction like caldari state?
do i need to find a system with stations from different factions? |

Short answer: yes
If the ships are from that stations factions, you'll take sentry fire, if they are concord you will be dealt with swiftly.
So if two corps A and B neither of which are concord, and A sends a convoy to B, you can destroy it in front of station
I haven't tried this for years, but i'm not sure its been changed. |

Pretty sure it's just corp not faction. Test it with a rookie alt and let us know. |

Its also not worth it, the loottables are from 2003 when 2 units of spiced wine and 3 units tobacco had some value is my guess. |

...maybe not worth it but fun. Sometimes you get robotics. Scan the haulers first to see what they have inside would be my advice. If you don't care about corp standings it can be kind of worth it... you make a lot more money doing other stuff in the game though. BTW, if anyone needs a zillion amarr bibles I can hook you up

Nope, this one of Mo0's lasting legacy. They use to be full to the brim with trade goods but Mo0 got rich harvesting them (how else you think they were one of 1st with a BS) over and over. Blow up trade goods, alt scoop and and sell instantly back to station npc.-á

It is worth doing once in a while. If you have luck you can get loads of minerals from it.
Not sure about the exact aggro mechanic, but concord doesn't come, at least it didn't last time I did it around 2 years ago.
The standings hit hurts like hell though.

Piracy against NPCs. That would be like rowing a little boat in the harbor with a little pirate hat and a fake parrot and shouting "yarrr!" at everybody.
