The Sanguine Legion is currently recruiting new pirates, privateers, crooks and scallywags.
We are happy to accept players both old and new interested in pursuing a career in piracy. We are a part of the recently formed Atrocitas [Atrox] alliance, and joint operations with our allies are common. We like to blow stuff up. If that sounds like your idea of a good time, get in touch.
Sanguine Legion is an RP Light corp. RP is not a major part or focus of our day to day operations, though any who choose to RP are very welcome to do so. We are a practising blood raider sect, as such our hobbies include torture, mutilation, sacrifice, and draining every last drop of blood from anyone daft enough to be taken alive. We're not hobby pirates. Like the rest of the blood raider covenant, we do all of these things religiously...
What we are looking for -
- Minimum 3 weeks old
- Minimum 500.000 SP
- Self sufficiency. While we can offer ships under corp insurance, we expect out members to be capable of looking after themselves financially.
- Team players. We often use gang based tactics, this requires effective communication and some paitience.
- Enthusiasm for the game. We like EVE. Thats why we play. If you find something wrong with the game, mail it to feedback, keep it out of corp chat.
- A good sense of humour and a positive disposition. We all lose ships, if it happens, get over it Razz

- Gratuitous violence, as a part of hunting parties or alliance wars

- Full membership of our highly sucessful 'Sanguine Safari' tour program

Recommended. I used to shoot at these guys when they were just getting organized. They were an effective group even then.
If you want to have fun with your piracy, they're well worth your while.
The revolution will not be televised. It will, however, be available on pay-per-view. |

I was taking a few new guys out. Our tackler got a little overzealous, didn't check local for player age and set us on more than we could chew. I gave the order for the enyo to bolt upon exiting warp, but he got a little trigger happy and didn't listen. Painful mistakes you tend to remember, & makes you learn faster  . Fun either way tho.

The taste of I-Temp blood is so bitter that I can hardly drink it, so Na'Thuul and I have had to resort to painting the hulls of our ships with it. In all fairness, I'd probably be bitter too if I had to fly around the universe with my underpants on that tight. If I ever wore underpants that is. Which I don't. In other news: the Sanguine Battleship building program seems to be completely funded by a mysterious group called 'Damage Cartell'. We don't care, ships are tools. Tools to have fun, fight with other people, blow up some of them, get blown up, and evaluate what went wrong and what was done right, so we can grow and learn.
Sanguine Legion consists mainly of new players, and most of our leadership is first-timers when it comes to managing a corp. As anyone having spendt more than 5 minutes in the game knows, the learning-curve is steep, even more so when you have to deal with politics, player management, logistics etc etc etc...
But again, we learn from our mistakes, we keep a positive attitude, and we keep the game on a mature level.
These are thing an applicant should know, and be ready for when joining us. You will not be joining a well-oiled, established corp like Evolution or GHSC, you will not get much served on a silver platter. What you will get are corpmates that will follow you into hell and back, what you will get is a ridicoulus amount of banter and antics in corpchat, what you will get is fights, fun and friends.
That is what we have to offer, take it if you want.
