Helleor. 
I am Klapen and I haven't been playing eve at all lately, I just log on to do skills, check mail, and generally bored since I am with no one at the moment (due my limited time availability) which leaves me bored.
I have the alliance creation skill, you can see so by looking up Did he say Jump alliance.
I will make 3 free alliances for who ever wants them. If you are highsec duders, lowsec, whatever that want to band together to mine, mission, pvp, etc and have a cool alliance, message me.
Ill pay the alliance fee to concord (1b) and charge you no fee whatsoever.
 I wont say "this is not a scam" because then its automatically a scam, right?
If you want this service, message me, ill apply to you corp, make me ceo (you can remove any corp funds in the corp wallet you may have to make you feel better if you want), tell me what alliance name and ticker you want (please make sure its not taken) and ill make it for you, then leave corp.

Update to the process:
What I did for the first guy is make the alliance with my own corp and then he joined, which I would then transfer him the corp. However, what we found is that it will not let me transfer executor until his corp has been in the alliance for over a week and would not let me quit the alliance to force the process either.
So how we bubba'ed the process is i put an alt in my corp, im leaving my corp (to make alliances for other people) and will transfer alliance to the guy with my alt in a weeks time.
what this means for future people is that i need to make the alliance with your corp, im not gonna just keep making corps then leaving them for each alliance making purpose lol
if this is an inconvience sorry, but its the way it has to be.
