I've been getting very tempting secondary missions from agents, asking me to give them... lets say slaves. But these are in forbiddin systems. So I tried one, and got nailed for it...
What is the best way to smuggle them in without being caught?

Customs scan instantly. (I have been busted on the warp-in onto an insta. I have been busted while accelerating to a warp destination straight ahead.)
You can't put stuff with an illegal tab into unscannable escrow boxes.
The only two ways are to disable the customs ships or to scout both sides of the next gate for the absense of customs officer ships. Yes, they sometimes have a break. Donuts and coffee or cereals and milk, you know.
Rumour: Many items in the hold give you enough time to run.
(Local security forces use FTL communication, so do not warp right to the next gate where you might meet a full welcome committee with scrambling, jamming, webben, guns.)

i have done slaves from Amarr homeworld to Eram in minmatar space, i had to do 8000slaves, and got piched by custons 12 times, lost 3 indys and ended up with 70M in fines.
So my advice, Use an alt, train for smalles indy. Use instas and stay alert. You can sometimes make it to warp before they stop you. But we are talking seconds here. So dont waste time looking for the next jump BM, have the stuff ready and use them fast.
But in my experience, theres no fool proof way of doing this. You will get cought, you will loose ships, and you will have a great time doing it.

I have an alt w/ the black market trading skill. Is that still broken or does it help at all? Anyone know? I'm guessing that cargo cans wouldn't help that much either.
