Bonuses
not so sure about that, 5% is too little due to the split spec, 7,5% may be too much, but as someone mentioned the reduced effectiveness of dmg mods might balance it out
perhaps keep 5% and compensate in another area? dunno
Statistics
agreed, the way it is now is just nonsense
Mineral Costs
agreed, its a flying garbage can for gods sake why does it have to be the most expensive tier1 (by far)

What if you use the next step down on the guns? The damage difference might not be that big...
dual 425 are the lowest tier already, unless you propose to fit cruiser guns
