Are you ******* stupid? He was never logged on until way AFTER the fight, he was never online while you were in system until after it.
Did you even read what I said?
I suggested that the GM perhaps checked the cargo hold of everyone LOGGED OFF in the system for bookmarks, irrelevent of whether they were involved in the fight. That would explain how someone not on at the time would have been warned by the GM.
"waaaaaaaaaahaaa we lost 4 dreads REPORT TO GM PLES"

and you defend your pos with t1 frigs? or there was another reason for those being there, a top secret reason, maybe the ultimate weapon of The Collective :-)
Sir, are you blind?
There was not SPACE in the SHIP MAINTENANCE ARRAY for those FRIGATES, ENGLISH MISTER, DO YOU SPEAK IT?

The fact he recieved a warning proves you were doing something not allowed. I'll make a guess here (which you will no doubt smack away at) that he was a pilot who had left some of the vigils at the POS with 1000's of BM's on board. He does not have to be online for that.
Frankly if it was only 1 pilot who recieved a mere warning then you guys got off easy. I suspect it was more but you have already proved yourself liars by denying promoting lag then admitting to getting a warning for it.
Post with your main, oh and btw, WE LAGGED TOO!

Originally by: Marogian Actually, an ASCN member had scanned some ships and found them to be holding alot of bookmarks. Unfortunately I have no idea which ships and who's, it could be anyone in Collective, RAT or SE.
And there's no way to know if any other characters(from any corp) got warnings, I doubt they'd admit if they had.
Are you trying to tell me that you had a guy ship scanning us in a fleet fight?
I suppose retardation is an inevitable side-effect of being in ASCN.

Originally by: Marogian It wasn't during the fleet fight, it was before we engaged. And this guy had switched into a ship from his fleet ship to do the scanning. No need for personal attacks.
How the **** did you scan us when we were inside the forcefield?

maybe these ascn members have scaned own cargo kettle meet pot?
Have it ever occured to you that those t1 frigs were replacement ships for SE pilots who were going to lose their ships in a battle?
The world doesn't rotate around you
Of course its possible that we accidently scanned ourselves, if thats true I'm sure the GM who checked the system for BM-loaded ships will come and spank us soon
And yes, I think most rational people have accepted that the ships were probably there for replacements, the accusation was that people were jettying t1 frigs full of BMs just as we warped in. Shrug.
Negative on that, those ships have been there for couple of days, so your covert ops pilot really should have told you and you could've reported it before you warped in.
So I guess it's just some of your guys that can't accept the fact that they lost ships ;<
