Or, or, just listen, it was a damn joke, pretty good one i might add. And since i`ve lost my father to lung cancer (probably gonna go the same path myself) i can attest that for me, it was a fun post. Also, learn to laugh, life`s short and laughter might improve your lifespan ;)

As a follow on from this since it was written, Jita will be the only system you cannot place a POS in. The other POCO/blacklisted systems will allow you to place a POS down however.

And yes, at the moment for Jita and POS' this is a limit imposed by technical concerns. We will be watching the deployment of the future dogma rewrite efforts and performance improvements to see when we can introduce POS' in the future for Jita.

With Crius you will be able to anchor a POS in 0.8 and above systems (except Jita as mentioned).
You require no standings to do so, but still require the charter.
Corporations less than 7 days old will not be able to anchor a control tower.
