Need Website Programmer FOR a EVEVEVE EVE EVE KILLBOARD
I am looking for a website Programmer To put something together for me and has to have the ability to change outline and or program/ add some options to a killboard within 2 months.
Id be paying 650mill for the job.

This is in the wrong forum.
I can set you up with a killboard such as ( http://tharsis-security.net ) along with the custom edits in there and everything for about 200M. But I'm sure somebody will come along and beat me at the cost.

I'll say i'm going to do it..my humble question is this..If you're not allowed to buy/sell isk how can you trade it for real world services?
Doesn't seem very fair..I only mention this because I was banned not long ago(I was shortly unbanned afterwards) for saying I might be interested in selling ISK, WHICH I AM NOT doing and won't do now.
I'm just curious how you can trade real world services for isk, yet not be able to sell it..seems unfair?

There's some nice publicly available killboards already, such as Falcon KMS Killboard.

I dont care about cost as much as i care about time. I know thats the Red Moon rising free killboard source code. However i need some things added.
1. Option to Extract killmails like chribba offers at podbase.com i cant find a link at podbase for the extract killmails but it gave you a winrar file with each individual killmail in its own notepad.

As I said in the version of this thread that was copied to out of pod, I'm a software developer by trade, and this sort of thing is right up my street. I can do all of this for you. What technologies do you want to use? I specialize in PHP/MySQL and Java(servlets). Unfortunatly, I work on Intranets, so I can't give you any examples of my work of hand, but if you require it I can try and sort something out with work tommorrow.

OX i think ill be hiring you instead if i could contact you in some way havent seen you log online.
DoranM wants me to pay upfront and i wont be paying till there is something to actually buy. Ive contracted 2 Kb makers in the past and 1 just stopped login on msn and the other has had like 3or 4 months and hasnt finished anything but a basic KB with non of the options im asking for, in which case i could of used the free red moon rising killboard free source code.
In which case anyone-ANYONE interested post a reply here that your interested and evemail me ingame your msn messenger info so we can talk on the side
