Pilots leavening shuttles outside stations, say no to space littering!
Concord protects there property while they cause accidents and jam up traffic.
We want to be able to scoop up empty ships, or at least have concord earn there tax and tow them awayà dial 911 blaster now to petition

Scoop to cargo would be nice, or at least a Ship Tractor Beam, so we can tow away them nasty little things.

oh gee, really????
Do tell us how you retrieve said shuttles.
Do you use a shuttle to exit station then eject and take the OTHER shuttle....seems yo are still not gaining there... Do you use a grigate to get the same shuttle? Just HTF do you get them without leaving another ship behind?
IF it is abandoned, yes you can steal it, but then again, if abandoned why can't we destroy them without concord getting their panties in a knot?

thats the boring method. Get in an ibis, shoot the shuttle, and watch your ibis blow. Every time you board the shuttle, another concord spawn shows up and ganks it

If you are dedicated enough and hate shuttle dumping with a passion, the please follow the following steps.
1. Leave station in purchased shuttle. 2. Self Destruct shuttle outside station. 3. Board next available shuttle. 4. If more abandoned shuttle are around, goto step 2. 5. If no more shuttle around, redock.
Tada!
You loose no isk, no standings hit, only a little time.

1) Fly a distance away from the station (5km is good). 2) Command your ship to dock at the station. 3) Right Click on your ship and select the eject command. Do not press Yes yet. 4) When the "Docking Accepted" message appears, press yes in the eject prompt. 5) Your ship will dock and your pod will be left in space.

if you do this wrong, you cant enter your ship for a few seconds and your ship is outside station suseptible to hijacking

If you live in 0.0, someone hijacking your ship is not a prime concern if you are in your own territory generally.
And why would you want to live in Empire anyway?

I did not kow that shuttles needed to be leavened, like gramma used to do with her yummy bread-rolls ;)

since the shuttle is abandond you may board it. even if its only for a few secs, then it becomes yours. you may now blow it to pieces without concord stepping in.

Oh, great. So instead of getting a shuttle induced logjam at the docking port we get a CONCORD traffic snarl. I have actually encountered this once; there were over 100 CONCORD BS orbiting a station for some reason (free donut day?) and made for some frustration trying to get aligned for warp.
In 0.0 leaving a shuttle just gets it blown up, but leave a corpse behind (as many people have them filtered out of overview) and you can really, really snarl their undock.
