Hello -
I've been trying to run these sites for the past few days and haven't found a good ship with an adequate tank to really survive the second wave when th 5 battleships spawn. If the second spawn is mixed I can solo it in my Ishtar, but even with a dominix with specific hardeners and dual reps it stretches the heck out of it when it's the 5 battleships. I can do it with that and with a logi alt but would rather not do that. Any ideas on ships and fits that can solo this? I was looking at the rattlesnake with sentries. Any suggestions appreciated!
This fit will also be used for blood raider ded/combat sites as well and tengu is about a week out in training time .

They will find your lowest resist so go with an Omni tank. I'm using a Tempest Fleet setup for pvp but as far as the tank goes I have: 2x Lar, 2x EANM, 1 DCU, 2x T1 Large Aux Pumps, and HG Halos. I tank it very smoothly I realize the HG Halos mitigate a lot of DMG for me but I tried it in another clone and it worked out fine. I would recommend something with more Dps So you can kill them quickly and not have to worry too much about tank |

Passive shield ishtar can tank them long enough for you to kill them and lower the dps.
-áIf people played EVE as much as they posted rubbish on these forums, they might enjoy the game.

I used PvP fit deimos for that task. It is not optimal as you need to burn cap charges. I guess if I dropped the scram and web I would be fine.
Just make sure to omni-tank that ship. I did test the damage by using RAH. It went from kin/therm -> kin only -> kin/explo as explosive was my lowest resist. |
