It is reasonably focused on small gang cruiser sized armor engagements and has decent gunnery skills.
Most armor tank relevant skills are at level 5 (explosive armor comp is at 4).
Most relevant fitting skills are at level 5.
Reasonable drone skills, being able to use all T2 light and medium combat drones.
Some notable bonuses.
Amarr Frigate level 5
Amarr Cruiser level 5
Amarr Battleship level 5
 The character has -1.4 sec status which does impede movement through any star system.
1 Neural remap is available.
It has a positive wallet.
There are no kill rights.
The character is located in High sec( Kor-Azor) and is in an NPC corp.
Character has a full set of +4 implants.
I will pay the transfer fee.
