Yeah but 3x gyro II makes no sacrifice on f-aga, while 3x ionsII + 3x mag stab 2 sounds like horrible idea on ishtar and will also leave you with very little cpu for medslots.
It's a horrible idea only because you can do great dps and tank, so pure gank isn't needed.
You can fit.
