One side of the story, so typical and pathetic. If you notice, do a search for Yavar. What you will find is Lynk desperately trying to flood Eve-online forums with a bad name. Now you will have a chance to hear both sides of the story.
Did I jack the corporate wallet? Yes I did. And you will soon find out why.
Here's the FULL story. My first day on Eve, Lynk was flying around in the noob zone, where players start. Desperately trying to find some new members for his corp (Halfwits). He seemed like a jolly bloke, and I figured what the hell, one corp is as good as any. So, I joined up. Shortly after Lynk took a ride on the Shang-Hai express as his own members devised a coup to overthrow him. Majority shares rule. He was not destined to be in power.
Because I had joined under him, I was seen as a threat as well. So, out I went. No more Halfwits.
Lynk came to me a second time. Now proposing that he and I start our own corporation. This was to be our corporation. This is a key point.
To keep matters brief, I will get to the events that caused disention.
I'm not sure of my exact skillpoint count, but I'm guessing at that time I was close to 1 million skills. Lynk had been gate-camping some noobs, and his security status rating went all to hell, so he needed to get rid of his pirate rating. This had caused a huge blemish on his ability to prey upon other nubs for membership. So, we went way out into the Pure Blind region, where he could quickly get rid of the evidence.
Now, I'm barely into my Thorax, and he had this way of gaining agro from the NPCs where I wouldn't need to tank. You know, he warps in first, etc.
So after a few days break, on our first run of the day, I gained agro from one of the frigs. He must have been bent out of shape, or something, but he went ballistic. Total Dr. Jeckyl & Mr. Hyde syndrome.
Yavar "Just one frig, don't worry." Lynk "No man, get your drones, warp out. Warp out!!"
So, I did, I warped out to our safe spot. A few moments later, he shows up. Only on Ventrillo, he's cursin' up a storm, because he left his drones out there, like a damn retard. Tech II valks. On he went for about two min, "I told you wait to warp in!!! Oh man, I lost my damn drones." and some random curses before logging out. This was by far, the shortest session I have known him to be online. Total gameplay less than 15 min.
Now you, the reader will see where this all ties in. A week later, I'm talking with some corp mates, and they inform me of how Lynk presented this to them. Saying he will NEVER fly with me again. Also, I notice my rights have been striped as director. Mind you, this is our corp, that we started together. He had striped me of everything over his lame-ass mistake (the loss of some tech ii valks).
So, I tried for three days to speak with him on ventrillo, to settle this. He wouldn't hear of it. Now there's more I could interject about his personal life at this point, but I will be kind. Only saying, there are stressful issues. Lynk, hiding from the source of the problem is never the answer.
Now I provide two 'screenies' of my own:
http://members.dslextreme.com/users/yavar/images/eve/no_trust_goodbye.jpg http://members.dslextreme.com/users/yavar/images/eve/no_trust_goodbye2.jpg
If you notices the first one, he had changed my title to 'Feel the love'. However, the same screenshot shows that my director roles were not returned. The second picture is my farewell to the corp, which I tell them how I was stripped of my assets, and how I wanted to lash back at him. And yes I did jack the corporate wallet, my corp that I started with Lynk. A 50/50 corp where trust became malice. When I considered the other people that were effected by this, I returned the isk, plus all the isk that Lynk had given to me in the past.
Again, as I stated at first, search 'Yavar', you'll find he tried to spam his side of the story, and the Eve forum moderators had to stop him.

IĈm not sure why this post has been dredged up from the past, but since it has, I would only add that I'm not sure about this 50/50 corp idea between Lynk and Yavar. I too joined the corp during it's inception along with Bas Hauser. It was my understanding that Lynk, as a wealthy 2003 player wanted to start a new corp fresh from the politics of the past. Neither Bas, nor I nor Yavar had the billions of isks that Lynk had nor his experience. At the time we were all new characters who were helped over many weeks by Lynk's generous donations of free frigates, free cruisers and free battle cruisers and pvp advice. Bas (a former old time player who came back to eve after a break) was the only other director of the corp on inception.

Sounds like Lynk hasn't changed a bit since I last associated myself with him. There was always a sign he would eventually go power mad, as had happened in the past, and one time his attitude forced me to leave a corp I never wanted to be apart from.

That is true, but if you lose all of your investment in a corp because of losing roles and the director wont give them back to you, that is also called thievery. What goes around comes around.

I assume that Yavar's investment in the corp was his time. His isk investment was probably similar to mine and the other new members at about MINUS 50 million isk to start of with (it takes a couple of months of misson running l2s and l3s just to pay that back though a 10% corp tax rate). Lynk's personal loss from this case was minor, but that's not the point.
It was a major loss for other new players in the corp like me who where relying on Lynk's generous donations of T1 ships and modules to get started in eve. None of Lynk's uber expensive BPOs and t2 stuff where in the corp hangar to begin with. The effect of this type of theft is to punish other new members of the corp who have nothing to do with the internal politics of the corp.

Now, having said all this, Yavar, to his credit did return the taken items, and for that the new members of the corp where grateful
And so this story of much woe and tragic comedy comes to an end. THE END.
The makers of this soap opera regret to inform our viewers that this series has now come to an END.
Bye, Bye.

What made it a joint ownership corporation was his word. Nothing else. The whole, 'Hey, let's go start a corporation, you & me, we can build from scratch.' From Lynk to me, it was made 100% perfectly clear this was to be our corp, that he & I created. 2 people.
I don't expect angeliena to understand. Angeliena is one of those players who was a female until about a week or so until they get onto ventrillo/teamspeak. Somehow the gender changed. Eventually she-Angelina became he-Angelina. Only thing was, the smilies kept flooding the screen. All kinds of winks, 'Okies ;)' and the like. Even here, with 4 edits of some of the posts, I see more signs of 'confusion'. I've never had any issues with the character Angelina, and I do expect a natural defense for the leader of the corp that she/he is in. However, all things considered Angeliena was not there when the decisions were made to start the corporation.
To address the issue of why this has been brought up, I can say that there has been plenty of time for Lynk to edit, or remove the posts. But I am simply dealing with the post at the moment of discovery. I spend most of my time in-game, with very little attention to the forums. My response to his one-sided accusation was very clear, and I was more than fair not to include irrelevant information.
Now, it is quite obvious to me Lynk is asking people to post on his defense. However, it was great for me to see a player post from Lynk's past, someone who had to part from a corporation because of Lynk. A corporation they never wanted to leave. Coincidence?
Speaking of leaving corporations, the only way I was able leave Orindus Cinderis was to file a harassment petition. I had revoked all my roles, and 24 hrs later I was unable to leave. This went on for several days as Lynk exploited an ability to prevent members from leaving. He was constantly granting me an arbitrary role, every 16 hrs or so.

It is the way of Bushido to defend the Master and one's Corp yadayadayada....
Anyway as you all may know we had another corp thief called mrzombie who stole some ships and mods (see other forum post if you, like me, enjoy reading this kind of soap opera stuff during down time). The zombie was either working for another corp called the Manson Family (or something like that) or he quickly joined them for some other reason. The Master sent an urgent message to the head of the Manson family expressing our anger and displeasure with mrzombie. Unfortunately the head of the Manson family corp told the Master that he would rather slap his c*** and j*** all over the Master's mom rather than give up mrzombie to us. This rather annoyed the Master, so we promptly declared war on the Mansons. The war went well, see kill boards yadayadayada... and now the head of the Manson family is asking the Master of a loan to help him to recover from his losses . Mrzombie, to his credit, then decided to hand back all the loot he took and some cash as a show of penitence to the Master last night.

You just confessed to committing a crime: in this case, "reasons" means that you had a motive to commit the crime, which makes you even more guilty.
If you had a legitimate business grievance, since your partner was a Caldari citizen, you should have taken it to the Chief Executive Panel.
