All minmatar related skills as maxed as possible. Caps are a plus but not required.
Bugdet is 15-20bil and can be extended for nice chars.
Please post your offers here or send me an evemail .
Silly named chars will be looked at but the price will go down !

By that i mean L0v3rB0y or hater or ... you get the picture. I need to like the new name of the char that i'm going to use. Can't use some char that in some language means "****" or "crap" or some other nasty word.

Missiles are hardly ideal with Minmatar. If I was focused on Caldari, I'd agree with you. As for drones, handy but not critical.
Nav skills? I got them all.... ? |
