Funny, really... Scrapyard Jack reads the forums a lot.. (Forum ***** L5, ***** Efficiency 3)
ol' Jack hears all the time about people dying in m0o/sinister/corsair blockades, but the only people who complain about being killed by the Stain Alliance are those infringing on their territory or assisting their enemies, ehehehe!

Stain is the enemy, are all pirates.
This is reality...pod, kill, and stole is normally work for Stain.
(and then , after podkill say...."excuse me but you are a spy" LOL)
Curse is only a placid Bear, and want only a bit of honey....if Stain stole honey, the Bear go into aggressive mode....beware...the bear have HOOKS  |

LOL, in the earlier stages of the release the STAIN alliance attacked me and one of my teammates (WITHOUT ANY WARNING!!!) while we were scouting in Stain. We were flying Punishers, I managed to flee, but my mate was mercilessly PKed, just because he tried to parliament with the attackers. We both had positive sec state (we are a pacific mining corp), so you dare call this a PRE-EMPTIVE attack? c'mon, learn some diplomacy first.

Stain and those EVO tools keep talking about their riteous cause of "eradicating pirates," but of course, they ignore the fact that they are basically just pirates that camp gates in pirate regions. I will say this once right here - Curse has been my home for months, and now SA storms through killing members of friendly corps, claiming they want to kill pirates.
Do you know what I never heard? A plea of help from Curse corps. We never asked you to come in and help us eradicate the "evil pirates." So, you can see why from our point of view, it looks like you're basically just invading another region.

Actually My CO had somebody in Curse ask him for help in regarding the pirates...don't want to reveal who of course but there are internals in Curse who want the CA out.
Furthermore we have documented PROOF that the Curse Alliance has Weapons of Mass Destruction!!!!!

Hm, long before the alliance came to be, the vast majority of its members existed in Curse for a long time. If CA "left," that would mean almost 95% of Curse corps. Clearly, your "inside guy" is a member of the other 5%, and therefore does not represent the majority of Curse corps.

I have travelled to Stain and listened to their 'Smack Talk' and the only conclusions I can draw are these.
Stain are most notable cowards, infinite and endless liars, hourly promise breakers, the owners of not one good quality.

Let me enlighten you all. The people of Stain and Fountain couldn't care less about "pirates" or killing "pirates". They've been podding people in their region forever now, and now people probably don't even bother trying to go to Stain.. so what else is left to do?
Why is Stain and Fountain in Curse? They're bored. They have no one to else fight. I really don't mind, as PvP is the only thing fun in EVE, and I don't blame them.. but quite honestly, these Stain/Fountain guys aren't righteous folk here.. they just want people to kill.. same as us. :)

Sinister and RUS lawful evil? I have never EVER been harmed by a RUS pilot since their corp was created, and I have met them many times. As for Sinister, I won't claim they're saints, but they're probably closer to neutral than you think.

it is common knowledge that stain is off limits to miners. your corp is called mining somthing corp, you are in stain - no mining in stain - corp called mining - put 2 and 2 together ?.
and no we are not pirates, when did we camp FD gate for 4 months ? when did we go into empire space and pod newbies in mara and pash. if you seem to remember it was evoultion who kicked M3G4 out of obe at the start of retail :) then went to kick some m0o about but come away abit worse off

I was just podded by Everlasting Vendetta member Alpha..... It was in HEd-GP not even in Stain... Funny thing I was going to join a corp from the Stain Alliance...
I typed: I M Friendly : in local and unfortunately good ole Eve locked up on me... Not sure if they were lagging the gate or what but there were 6 of them I believe camping it.. since my gamed locked I didnt know what happened but when I relogged I was in a pod...
I contacted Alpha for an apology, none given... I explained to him that i was on a mission to meet a Stain corp there... I was a little hostile in my convo with him... He claimed they hailed me... My thought was why pod me if I never targeted or shot back... what I posted made it to local because i typed it before I hit the gate... I didnt have a chance to stop autopilot, hell with my crash I didnt have a chance to do anything...
I guess pirates really are getting hard to determine in this game. I am very bummed because I had a nicely outfitted Blackbird with some rare mods...
What does one do in this situation? The other bummer is I didnt have the best clone for my skills <-- totally my fault, but hell the agressive attitude has just cost me a day of training as well... If I had not crashed I do not think the outcome would have been any different, they had targeted me instantly, a Blackbird is no match for 5 B-ships and a cruiser; or rather I don't have the jamming skills to win that type of war...
Anyway I can understand why Stain gets such bad press, mind you M3g4 and mOo have shot at me also but they at least offered a cash payout instead of an attack...
Tecno.... what a lame way to start the evenings game time.... I think I will sit back and think about what I should do in return...

In all fairness Techno you were told earlier not to go through hed without a stain "corp" tag as a lot of battles have been had there.
as you ctd...yes it happens too often in this game...you were unable to reply to Alpha trying to hail you.
I have spoken with Alpha and from his perspective you were a potential hostile as you were not responding. But he has agreed to replace your losses.
I have never heard of Moo/Sinister etc. offering to replace your losses after they destroy you.
Best of luck to you. I would have let you know in person but you closed the chat and did not respond to my eve-mails.

Our Corp has resided in Curse for many months now. We have no ties to any pirates and have hunted the Red Corsairs, pre-battleship days.
I would be glad to assist a fleet that is hunting them. The only time I have been podded was the day I bought my first bestower and thought it was fast enough to make the warp gate.  Live and learn.
Gives me another chance for revenge, um when I am not flying a hauler. Die Corsairs!

hehe, yea, he got that wrong... but the pirates in Curse doesn't stay in curse. They like to camp gates in Catch. And the increasing number of Curse pirates camping gates in Catch is one of the reasons this conflict started. And as you can see, they still don't stay out of Catch.

They are same like their enemies, just bigger, fooling you around, come come, we will not kill you.
Beware, there are many many many pirates in the alliance; take into account they shoot and ask questions later.
Don't deal with pirates and people that support them!
Don't deal with Stain Alliance, until they will change their policies towards their own members.
Quick edit: We personally hate SI, and zombies, it seems that doesn't change anything if we or other brigade's member would enter curse, and in the worst case meet with stain alliance blockade,.. like I said, they will shoot and ask questions later. Pretty trigger happy people. You hear of this all the time. SA, really made themselves very very bad reputation around EVE world.

You obviously dont' know good role play when you see it. Too bad that you didn't quote other things from that chat. Such as how one of you told us to "drink my ****," called us****s and cowards and other assorted things.
My comment about our holy book saying 'by their stupidity shall you know them" was in response those and a whole host of abuse heaped on us by you pirates. I am proud to say that we didn't break our roleplay and respond in kind.
BTW I didn't log until well after your STFU comment (what a great comeback hey. You must be very proud of yourself) It was 5:30 am my time and I had better things to do like sleep.
PS I hope you guys had fun losing 8 ships to HMMI today. I hear we lost one too, a cruiser. But that's okay, a cruiser is easier to replace than 8 Battleships.

Heard just about enough of this rhetoric. Your buddies, sin rus m0o came to Fountain REPEATEDLY. You repeatedly attacked us. With no provacation. You created an enviroment where their were two choices, repel attacks on a nightly basis from you guys, or hunt you down, and use your tactics against you. Evolution took up that challenge, and I must say, despite your fruitless unsuccesfull attempts to drive a wedge between Evol and FA, Fountain Alliance members are indeed quite proud of the job Evol has done.
You can come on here and play spinmaster all you want, but the reality is you guys went to curse for a reason, that reason being that the situation was created that you were no longer the hunter, but the hunted. You didn't enjoy it very much did you. You now have the sheer audacity to make the statement that FA are pirates, for chasing you to curse? For continuing what they started? For taking a vow to put you guys out of business and actually following thru on it? The only person you are going to fool are the folks who have never been 0.0 and had to deal with you guys before.
