for running 0.0 Guristas complexes? Can fly both

Not that the Ishtar isn't strong, she is, even to a point that she might even be too strong for her size.

Unless you need an ewar bonus, don't have enough SP, or need to probe something down, the Ishtar is pretty much the best subcap under 1 billion for all PvE and PvP roles. |

I believe most tend to use sentries.
Otherwise - whatever else you carry carry also flight of medium ECM drones. It's your "get out of jail free" card if an hunting inty grabs you in anom as you can bet that rest of his people will be arriving in approx 30 - 60 seconds. Just about enough time to abandon your drones, launch flight of ECM and get the guy locked and (with reasonably probability) jammed.
Here, sanity... niiiice sanity, come to daddy... okay, that's a good sanity... *THWONK!*
