Many decades ago a man of intelligence and sanity called for a grand secession from the evils and cruelty of the Amarrians, his name was Khanid II, a holder in the Amarr Empire who created a better nation, a Khanid nation, the Khanid Kingdom. I call upon all remaining royalists in the Khanid Kingdom to band together and once more launch a war against Amarr and finish them and their corrupt hegemony. To this I also call upon the allies of the Khanid Kingdom, like the Caldari State, and all enemies of the Amarr Empire. For king and country!

Hrm, first, he was one of the five Heirs, not simply a holder, secondly, he founded his Kingdom because he didn't want to commit ritual suicide, not out of any desire to change Amarr society. In fact, it has been stated that culturally, the Kingdom is quite Amarrian, including widespread slavery. Try again?

Indeed, I believe many would say the Khanid kingdom is far more "evil and cruel" than the Amarr Empire ever was. Not that either is, though the Kingdom have strayed from the path, as it were.

The Amarr are our cousins and allies. I see no reason to war against them. True, our Kingdom and their Empire have seen a share of differences in the past, but as it stands, we both seek to spread order and the word of God throughout the cluster. Fighting between us would only benefit the enemies of the Lord. - - -

It would seem the public education system within the KIngdom has begun to deteriorate and thus your people are living in ignorance of the true events in history.
To begin with Khanid did not call for a rebellion but rather took the fmaily holdings he possed and those that where in debted to him. It was not an effort to escape a part of Amarr society but rather a cowards way to flee from his responsabilities when he did not get the outcome he desired. He chose to run from God's will rather than embrace it.
Next the nation he created was not Khanid but was named for his family name. In truth most of the Khanid remain loyal members of the Empire, serving God.
What I find truly amazing is that a so called loayl Khanid has called on the Minmatar and Gallantee for help. If you are a representation of what the Kingdom has become then the Empire has NOTHING to fear from the Kingdom.

To speak truthfully, how is an Amarrian to say the Royal Khanid Navy is weak. The Amarrian fleet is amassed of antiques rather then vessels, and the Amarr fleets depend on brute strength and numbers in battle without the slightest thought of tactics and strategy. Also, the Royal Khanid Navy may be smaller, but its ships are technologically advanced and superior to Amarr naval ships. Also, for a single nation to crush so large a empire would be as suicidal as the Amarr ritual of imperial sucession. Who can say the Khanids stray from the path of God when both nations share a same religion, for the Khanids speak not in anger and abhor against God or the Pope or any other religious authority!

pope? what is that some kind of drug?
I do agree that the Kingdom has military power, they did stop the Empire from taking them over when Khanid II left. But the Empire is a mighty force, and a friend to the Kingdom besides. The Kingdom's enemies are the Blood Raiders, focus on them not Loyal and valiant Amarr paramilitaries who fight and die for the Kingdom as well as the Empire. Show some respect, by acting as you do you hide the true gratitude the Khanid show for the Empire's benevolence.

You must be on drugs to be unaware of who the Pope is, and i do agree that the Blood Raiders are great enemies of Khanid, however, how much blood has the Amarr spilt over the sovereignty of the Khanid Kingdom? And how has the Amarr treated the Khanids, with respect, have their corporations been kin? No, the Blood Inquisition and other Amarr corporations have done no other than attack the glory of Khanid, and for that, the Khanid should attack the power of Amarr!

I suggest you check the State's standing with Khanid.
Ok, now compare it to the Amarr's standing with us.
Now, why would we help the Khanid destroy the Amarr? Why would we get involved in what would be a civil war for you anyways?

I am not in the mood for a religious squable against heretics but the Pope is indeed mentioned in scripture by the name of Peter, whom was the first pope, and he is relevant to God's religion because the Pope has led God's religion since the death of Jesus... However, this strays of the true topic of this discussion, and that is war against Amarr.

Well first of all.
1. Amarr Empire and Caldari State is allies by contract.
2. Khanid Kingdom and Amarr Empire keeps a good standing towards eachother because of the shared views and mutual benefit.
3. Khanid Kingdom is considered a "free" colony by the Amarr Empire.
Now let's look closer at the actual history and forming of the Kingdom, Khanid(as the name he took to please his new subordinates) was a true Amarr. Holder of the most influencal family of his time mostly because he held the position now held by the Sarum family(ruler of the Amarr Empire's fleet). Lost his right to live in the ritual to become Emperor which states that all who fails must commit ritual suicide for the new Emperor to gain unchallenged power. As he fled back to his estates he took 1/3 of the Amarr fleet with him(including a flagship/titan?), now he formed his own kingdom with minimal blood being sacrificed(as i remember it).
BLOOD RAIDERS:(not part of Empire, Kingdom, State) now these infamous thugs lead by Sarikusa is the plague in the Amarr empire space and neighbouring settlements, even though Sarum loyalist militias and Imperialist loyalist militias "threw" them out from the bleaklands there remains a fraction of what once was there too bull headed to understand it's not their land anymore. Blood raiders was actually a sect within the Empire which got banned due to it's unorthodox way of praising god.

R... Russo?
unless Russo is sober or have gained the ability to write a proper sentence in english(two things i find highly unlikely) this is another clown praying to be flamed. Every now and then a person not understanding the whole picture, steps forward to scream out his enthusiasm for something he cannot comprehend. I would however not advise anyone to flame this poor unenlightened fool but rather point him to the nearest source of good history to catch up on.

The message you speak of will not come from you at this time. A speech should be well written, come at a right time to fill a need or rather create a need for the speakers cause. Your right, in this matter i am superior to you just because my arguments are based upon common history accepted by the majority of all living beings in this cluster. You remind me of "rebel without a cause".

You missed your chance in glorifying your Kingdom. Blood Inquisition attacked every man who dared to call himself a Khanid Loyalist. After there was no strength left, BL-IN made its move to Bleak Lands to reclaim its true home.

I would like to think that both our peoples pray to the same God. Yet you call arms against your brothers and sisters? Better to turn those arms against the heathen, I say.
Though given the Khanid view on cloning, and Amarr traditions of succession, I must wonder if that is really the case.
There was an Emperor once who shall not be named who thought his life and blood was higher than the divine law. I find this combination of not following our holy traditions, and cloning without sin to be dangerously close to the Emperor that shall not be named.
Still, the people who bow the knee to the King of Khanid are sons and daughters of Amarr, though wayward ones. I pray that they come home to be embraced once again in the loving bosom of the Empire of all mankind. ____________ "Give me one frigate pilot with faith, over an armada of a thousand battleships." --Virvana mons Sharpur, The Fleet Prayer |
