Reads the reports and shakes his head sadly
How sad to see those I have considered noble advisaries join the 'Bash Oracle' bandwagon. In our long history of fighting, we have given and received with honor and admiration of each others prowess. Through our many adventures togeter, I have even considered many of you friend, misguided in you loyalties, but one who fights because of duty.
I am not sending this to condem you, or PIE, but to explain some facts in the hopes that with enlightenment will come understanding. With understanding may rekindle the honerable ways or our earlier duels.
Oracle is a Minmatar resistance tribe fighting against the tyrany and depraved practice of slavery. As such, we make many enemies, PIE being only one of them. Throughout our existance, growth brings change, as we modify our ways of fighting and operation. To be stagnent and not embrace change when needed is unwise. The latest change was our relocation to Curse.
What brought this about? You claim it is due to your victories against us. This is most amusing as though you have destroyed more cruisers, we have killed a battleship and many cruisers. This places us well ahead, if you were to consider it from an economic standpoint. War is like the ancient game of Chess, where one considers well what pieces are worth trading for, and we have traded well. We helped bring about the merger of 1st Praetorian Guards with PIE, and with the destruction of you ally, Annoing and his battleship, helped merge the Knights of the Holy Inquisition into PIE as well. This is not bragging, I am mearly presenting facts.
Our move to Curse comes from seeing the state of the Amarr Empire. With the Emperor ill, and now dead, a move to the outer regions was considered wise. Now we have a stronger base of operation to build more ships, thus improving our strength for the innevitable war I see brewing. Though fighting PIE is a good deal of fun, our responsibility to the Minmatar people is greater. We build knowing what is to come, and we will be ready for it. While here we continually operate cell structures in Empire space, thus continually striking at slavers. Our operation has changed, not our objectives. Over the time in empire space we have opened many offices in every empire. These offices are now caches of weapons, ammo, and spare ships for our members to use.
As in planning for our war against slavery, we prepared well, so have we now planned for what looms ahead of us. It is likely, in my opinion that a full war between our people will happen in the near future, depending on who gains the Amarr throne. Oracle is now ready for this.
So I hate to deflate your ego, but PIE had nothing to do with our move to Curse. So continue to believe what you will, as I know the truth.
Oh, one more thing that I must comment on. As you well know, PIE and Oracle have set strict Rules of Engagement in effect. However, as our scouts indicated you joing in a blockade with the pirate organizations of Evolution and the Stain alliance, I wish to give fair warning that if we engage your ships while you are fighting alongside these people, the Rules of Engaement are null and void for that encounter. I can not have my pilots worried about the rules against you as we also fight those who have no honor. I want you to know that our RoE is only for You and Calamr Bringer of Light against Oracle. If any others are involved then you have broken our pact, and for that battle it will not be in effect.
Either free the slaves or we will come and get them.
