Today at about 12:30PM CST M3G4 has closed it's doors. A new corp will replace it I am sure, it's a shame that they left the CEO who hard earned everything for the corp nothing. I am sure in the days to come you will receive a more official statement from myself as I continue on in the legacy of Eve and rebuild and reform.

A shame that the pirate corps from the beggining are starting to pack it in. I am very much interested what has happend, could you explain a little more Smoked? Why did people leave you? By reform do you mean that you are not going to be a pirate anymore?

(btw, i bought old badger of yours off the market just few hours ago, so you should have enough personal money to at least buy yourself a l33t frigate ;)

I find it disheartening someone laugh at all my time wasted away in one evening. Everything well not everything, I still have some pride left, and I mearly roll played a roll the members of my corp gave me.
So yes, I will be announcing to the Eve universe that M3G4 will reform and never shoot at an unarmed soul again, and I am sure those who stolen from M3G4 will burn and perish by those 'carebears' I once hated.
There is an odd turn of events isn't there.

There was 2000 megacyte not accounted for last week, my 2nd ceo and I came to the conclusion that we built enough ammuntions missles, and weaponry that it used up almost all the 2k megacyte. At first we though it was stolen, and killza and I in private belelived that we had just used it up buidling stuff, it was written off.
I made a joke on the forums that I ejected from a ship and made a deal with the guys who took it from me to sell it on ebay.. well ya right you can ask Lurk yourself, he happly flies around in my ship laughing all the way to kill more ppl with it.
So I was accused of ebaying stuff, when in my life I still have never ebayed anything and never will, I have been involved in eliteclans.com clan for almost 9 years and held hundreds of rare and unique items for the clan, and never in my life took anything for personal wealth.
I sit here struggling and trying to operate one of the most hated corps in the game to have them turn on me and steal everything. Basically someone got stoned and they had a burning at the steak, I guess I was the easiest to blame for their hardships this past week in a hard war vs the NVA. As well killza is my best friend who is my 2nd ceo and knows I have and will never ebay stuff from video games just cause of moral and honor to those who I game with.

OK to cut a long story short, Smoked (in our opinoin) = BAD CEO so we take everything that WE worked for (no ONE man can make a corp and all the assets!) and we make new corp with new leadership!
Basicly M3G4 is just now a one man corp! Smoked!
and Biomass Cartel is all the good guys and fighters from M3G4!

Been thinking that lil ole carma been very active against known pirates at least, it started with Molly (sort of) and gone too far. I wonder if its pure coincidense or something else at play. To be honest Smoked i dont want to get into a heated argument, but you wernt cut out to be a CEO if a Combat orientated corp, you even admited yourself to me that you love to mine, and the rest of us mostly hate it!
Also we all mutually feel that you made alot of bad decitions which resulted in casualties (Haine as one example)
and if you think that you single handedly worked for all of M3G4's assets your the one making a joke statement, it was a joint effort! and everything we took was worked for by all of us, and we are the majority in biomass, and we took the majority of the assets!

As you said, I worked from day 3 of game online, and they beleive I deserve nothen from what I built.. that is a fat chance, I can't belelive they think I was stealing from ourself.. that is such bull @#$@#.

too bad shares don't mean **** in this game, CCP should fix it, cause I should get the 60% of corp so that others can benifit from the creation of the corp, so that I wouldn't have to mine with a velator again, but I will be sure, and you will see me this time in a different way.
Very sad you even possibly think that you deserve all assets from a corp you worked for, and yes I enjoy mining, as does everyone as you will have to one you loose your ship.
Hey I am not perfect, ever CEO makes a bad step sometimes, but to rip everything off from me, I am sure others were entitled to more share than you guys will give them. I bet your corp folds ina few months someone on the tops clears your hangars, and ebays everything that would be a good ending to the legacy.

we own everything so why not make a new corp because our CEO was to stubbourn to resign his leader ship and Threatend to SELL everything we worked for on E-bay!
