Of the 8 normal battleships, i think Tempest takes the price for looking the coolest.

To me heres the list.
Megathron- Ugly
Dominix- Meh, but still pretty ugly
Scorpion- Better than raven but still not very great
Raven- Nasty
Apocolypse- Ive loved this ship since before I started EVE
Armageddon- I used to ahte it but now its #2
Tempest/Typhoon- Im not even kidding. As with almost all Minmatar ships...omgwtf ugly. I dont see how anyone could like Minmatar as a race. They seriously dont have 1 SINGLE good looking sip besides *Maybe* the Rupture.
But throw this out there for the Devs. Please for the love of EVE STOP MAKING ASYMETRICAL SHIPS...YOU SUCK AT IT! No offense but if I see another ship with some freaking random wing on it (Example- Exequror, wtf is that 3rd wing for?) ill puke.
A random and extra wing doesnt make ships cool looking! And try...just for once try to make simple ships symetrical. Seriously I would love the way the osprey looks if ONLY both sides were the same.
Oh and for a last wish...STOP PUTTING RANDOM GUN EMPLACEMENTS. WTF it makes no sense. No one wants one turret on the nose of the ship and its mate somewhere on the back. Just try to put it no the EXACT opposite side of the ship for once.

Sir, you are forgetting the Rifter entirely, probably one of the coolest looking frigs in the game. The Wolf and the Jag again look sweet. The only frig that can beat it is the executioner which looks like it's about to cut ur head off. Back to bs, I'd have to say that the Mega does look the coolest, then the tempest, then the apoc. First time I looked at the 'phoon i thought it was a carrier, the domi looks like a turd, the scorp is ok, but the raven looks bad, and the geddon looks like a rusty hammer.

Now THAT is the correct ship size:gun size ratio that EVE battleships should have...the guns definitely don't look large enough, they should be like that.
Of course, they also need to make the Scorp and Raven large because, while guns that size look great on a Machariel, I think each one is as long as an entire Scorpion...

They all look pretty symmetrical, so it will be a tough choice.

T1: Raven, geddon and megathron
Why raven? It looks mean and has a lot of blinky blinky lights.
Geddon looks scary and megathron is smooth.
My number 1 factionship is the Vindicator.
Edit: Btw, the tempest and apoc looks like flying scrapyards.

7. OMFG the RAVEN is the crappiest piece of **** I ever saw! Looks like a big shovel of somekind wiht a whistle in the end (its rear engine) and the bridge tower just looks completely out of place, the wings looks like the wings of a fly you just smashed agaisnt the window and they leave an ugly trail behind them that reminds you of some kind of christmas decoration, when the ship moves. Then there is this "beak" thing underneath it that looks like some kind of huge ***** or something.

Apoc is a flying banana, raven and mega just look dull and poorly textured, domi is so ugly that anyone who flies it on a regular basis becomes infested with its ugliness and thus becomes ugly

I don't like Gallente design but the Megathron (esp the factions ones), every Vexor variant and the Ishkur (altho I fly Domi, it's so damn ugly).
Minmatar all look badass. I fell in love with the Tempest, Vaga, the Rifter variants and Claws (this is what I was basicly flying all the time).
To answer the question: I like both the Megathron and the Tempest. Faction Megas beat Tempests in the long run tho...
