To celebrate ExodusÆs 3rd birthday, I thought IÆd throw up a nice little present, a prequel if you will to the wellà ill leave it at that and since the essence of exodus is in our brotherhood, we consider that IRON just as much as Exodus.
As we all know the end of one era, means that start of a new era. With a rise to greatness comes a fall from glory in due time. But as sure as the ocean a new wave is always on the horizon, with some of the strength of the one before, but with a force all anew and a shape completely unique.
To all those who were not aware of the circumstances of why I left or why iron did what it did, you probably never will be, but you are now aware that we are far from gone and even further from being contained. We are back to our roots, which to put it simply is war. So for those of you who I warned in a strongly worded post in which you so quickly disregarded IRON as well as what I see as our land, I suggest you well.. Dig up the post and youÆll get the gist

I'm all for cleaning systems of everything that is even marginally red to you, but sitting on gates waiting for Neutrals to fly by is Piracy, plain and simple.
I was always Iron fiendly. I was in a corp/alliance that was around EC-P8R when BOB and ASCN came up with that Dread Armada, and I lost many ships and clones fighting along side with IRON. Now I'm jumping to a gate at the Mordu's Legion system (in PB), only to get ganked by several IRON in HACs and other Tech 2 ships.... not cool at all. If you want space back you will need allies, and pulling sh*t like this won't make you friends.
Worse, IRON routinely flew through what was, until very recently, FREGE space. We didn't fire, and if there were pirates bugging you or camping gates, we either came to your aid or warned you of camps.
If actions like that persist, there will be many former allies thinking that BOB and ASCN did the north a favour!

Worse, IRON routinely flew through what was, until very recently, FREGE space. We didn't fire, and if there were pirates bugging you or camping gates, we either came to your aid or warned you of camps.
If actions like that persist, there will be many former allies thinking that BOB and ASCN did the north a favour!

Check your chat logs, mate. Zippster Smith was one of the diplomats, along with Zacius. I was informed that IRON had declined to set us to positive standings, and had declined a NAP. Despite both of those things, IRON was treated as a friend to the North, and was treated graciously, politely and with respect when they flew through our space on the way to Empire. To have that thrown back in our faces is an affront to all of those who have ever supported IRON in any engagement. When you forget your friends, your friends tend to forget you. Prior to this, I would gladly fly with, and even be podded, in support of IRON in any op. Now, I will be hard pressed not to pass intel to the other side. I would't, but only because having someone else like BOB or ASCN in your place would be worse. One bad turn deserves another, and your time will come.

So BoB can go on a roadtrip one weekend, pop some eggs, and generally cause mayhem; noone gets upset.
IRON get's drunk one afternoon, posts it's intentions on a forum, and decides to NBSI at the most dangerous chokepoint in the game; and we get flamed for it?
It's not even like we had a massive blob at any points. Largest gang I saw was 25-man, must be a timezone thing.
Anyway. We had a blast. D00M were pretty cool in local, only saw some friendly smack, nothing like what's been posted here. Think of it as a roleplay/friendly banter thing.
I tell you one thing though. It's good to be back North.
